well it depends on your hair type, if it*s too straight it prolly won*t and if it*s too curly it prolly won*t. When it*s wet maybe take your fingers and wrap the hair around it like towards your head (otherwise it*ll go under) if that doesn*t work try blow drying it while taking a brush to flip it out OR ever get a straightner just to put on the ends to flip out haha. Hope i helped!! xoxo, chelsea

Okay if your hair is curly you will most likely have to straighten in and when you are straightening it....straighten it out....but if your hair is already straight then it will most likely flip out on its own...yet I always like to do it with a straightener just b/c it tends to look better and HOTTER ...but if you get layers in your hair then it'll flip out on its own for sure! I suggest if your hair is just 1 length , get it layered on the bottom so that way it'll be easier! I hope I helped! Good luck! Look hott!

it depends on your hair type. some hair types curl up or down when there is dead or split ends present but of course that is unhealty expecailly when growing out hair. so my best suggestion to you is to buy a curling iron and just curl it out when you want that style

~hope i helped

get it layered... that way it will flip out. or it you blowdry it, use a roundbrush to flip it out. <3
