I discharge so much its just disgusting. I've already started my period. Sometimes in the middle of the night I will wake up and have to change my underwear cause I disharge alot. Is there anything I can do? I hate always feeling "wet"

I would use panty liners...they help a lot. but im going to tell u now...if you decide to go with this method look for something that will cover the entire bottom of your underwear because the regular ones sometimes get wrinkled up...like when you are running or doing something to the effect and its like they arent even there. i think that "Always" makes that kind of panty liner (the bigger kind) but i do warn you...they are a bit more expensive than regular ones but they work better in the sense of keeping you dry.

I just got my braces off last week..and I received my retainer (It's the metal/wire kind)..besides gagging, is the wire suppose to be poking you in between your teeth? Is it suppose to hurt? Help!

I'm really not sure if its supposed to hurt, I mean mine did when I put it in but then stopped after a while. But I do know that it is not supposed to be poking you. I suggest you take it back and get it trimmed or whatever they do.

Okay I LOVE to tap dance. But I have a sort of large body composition which does not look good in those short, tight clothes. What should I do? Do people like dancers with a little (Or a lot)of meat on their bones?

It really shouldn't matter. How well you dance is what does matter. What you should do is work on your dancing more so that if people are idiots and don't like dancers such as you they can be impressed by your awesome dancing.

what is the best food to use to help your cat loose weight...thanx...i will rate high for good answer....♥

when my cat was fat, i refused to give him the canned food and only gave him dry food. I bought some kind of purina cat formula cat food and i sent him outside (hes an outside cat but he stays in our garage) everyday. and after about a couple months of that he lost A LOT of wieght so much that we had to put him back on the canned food.

i want to get my belly button pierced but should i get it on the top or bottom.. i know a lot of people have it on the top of the belly button but how about on the bottom.. will it still look good and do people have the bottom pierced?

when im 15 im getting mine done...the person who im planning to get it peirced by said it hurts less to get the top done...so im sticking with top...and plus i think it looks better.

I'm an 18-year-old female and lately my hair has been falling out like crazy. It's mostly when I brush it but even with just running my hand threw it, some still comes out. When I run my hand threw it's maybe like, 6 strands or so. But, when brushing it's like a wad of hair.


My hair used to be really thick and now it's like half of what it used to be about 7 months ago. That's alot of hair to loose!! I'm really scared because it seems like I'm going bald of something. My friends say it's stress but quite honestly, I have nothing to be stressed about!


Does anyone have any ideas???

it may be condition in which you are allergic to your hair...i know it sounds weird but it can in fact happen. i suggest you go to your docter. my neice had it for a while, she went to the docter in the early stages of it and they were able to reverse it. on the other hand if you dont go and this is the case you could lose all of your hair and because you are allergic to it you wont grow anymore hair. so your best bet is the docter.

no its not. the alcohal in perfume is a type of rubbing achohal only much stonger. if you drank perfume you would be hospitalized and have your stomach pumped and a very extreme case of food piosoning.(trust me...my friend stupidly drank perfume)

I am a thirteen year old girl, recently a friend of mine on the Internet "Rob" told me that he was bulimic and anorexic because he was overweight. Rob's girlfriend had convinced him to stop throwing up...but today after Thanksgiving he said he did this again. I found his phone number and anonymously called his mom, I told her what was going on and she said she would discuss this with his father. I don't know if I did the right thing by telling. He asked me not to tell. I have never even met him face to face, just on the internet. Im scared that I messed up terribly and now I am feeling really guilty. i have a feeling that calling his mother was the right thing to do. after all he did need help. true he could find out that you were the one that told his mother but in the end i think he will thank you. you may feel guilty for a while, i would probably too, but try to take your mind off af it. try to think of the posivtive of telling his parents and not the negatives.

if you wear a bra...then its probably the material of the bra...like if its nylon then sometimes it will irritate your skin. so i would suggest switching to a cotton bra...if it doesnt stop i would also suggest going to a doctor.
