You don't even feel them & you won't discharge on your underwear. You can buy them anywhere. Walmart, Target, Walgreens & they aren't expensive. I suggest you get those because they will help. orphans answered Tuesday December 27 2005, 12:30 pm: I have the same problem! Ugh, it`s awful and I know what you mean. I just went to the gyno the other day, and she prescribed me these pills called "Flagyl" because I had BV which is an infection down-below. You can`t just buy them from the store though, you actually have to go to the doctors to be able to get them. Some girls have discharge more than others and some will permanently have it. I do, and it`s awful but it`s worse some days more than others. I suggest you try pantyliners. =] But, if it starts getting itchy or it starts smelling, you should tell your mother. Or, you could tell her now & see what she says! It could be hereditary. =[ [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
FunnyCide answered Tuesday December 27 2005, 11:55 am: I'm not sure if a doctor would be able to give you something to help ease that up or not. But if it gets to the point where you absolutely can not stand it and you're willing to share that with your mom and a doctor, I'd say go for it. I don't know if birth control would regulate the discharge or not.
Try using panty liners or panty shields. They're thin enough that you can't feel them, but they keep you from feeling "wet" because they absorb everything.

They're basically a lighter version of sanitary towels that are designed to keep you feel fresh and dry. You stick them in your underwear and change them every few hours, exactly the same way as a sanitary towel.
