I seem to sweat a lot. The deodarants that I use do work, because it does'nt smell or anything. But im constantly avoiding shirts with sleeves because I mostly always sweat and there it is, the wet spot that doesnt smell, but it's just there and I hate it! I dont know what to do. I have already gone through puberty, im fully developed and everything, and i found out that im not growing anymore so i just dont know what to do or if itll stop when i get older. But i have had this problem for quite a while and i just need advice on what to do, please please please!

basically what you do is you roll it on a little bit on your underarms everyday before you go to bed and it shrinks the size of your pores there so you dont sweat as much. ive been using it for a year now and i seriously dont know what id do without it. i tried 6 different kinds of deoderant and they didnt even come close to working as good as certain dri.

(by the way, if you plan on using it you still put on some deoderant in the morning)

so my school just recently got a pool and a swim team. I joined the swim team beacuse i thought it would be a good work out.

i was just wondering if there are any of peices of equipment i might need, could use...besides the obvious swimsuit, cap and goggles?

youll obviously wanna bring a towel && water bottle too...and shampoo, brush, flipflops if there are showers there. also if your swimming every day id recomend a shampoo that removes chlorine from your hair becuase it can get pretty nasty over time.


if you have a non sylicon cap you might wanna put baby powder in it so it wont rip as easily.

thats pretty much all i can think of so good luckkk!!

I'm14 and i'm not crash dieting but i'm trying to tigheten up my tummy for the summer but the thing is i really don't want my breats to shrink what do i do to loose weight while avoiding that?

When you lose weight, it pulls the fat everywhere, not in just one area, including your breasts because their fat. I would suggest controlling the food you eat, but not go to crazy. Maybe just choosing one snack instead of two, or choosing an apple over a cookie.

Also, do ab workouts

Well im going to be a belly dancer for halloween and i cant change it now. But my problem is, i got my period and for my costume the pants are see through. All most all of it is. What if i leak? What can i do? HELP?

wear a tampon(if you've never used them before, expirement with one for now) and use a panty liner just in case... and use two pairs of underwear...then you'll be fine:-) have funn!

One of my best friends thinks she fat when she's really not and she says she on a diet. When I asked her though if she was on a starvation diet, she said "Next subject please." That tells me she needs help. I don't know what I should do though. I'm really worried about her. Should I tell someone even though she made me promise not to?

It sounds to me like she just wants a lot of attention and she likes it when popele say, "nono, your not fat, your skinny!" You should just stop bothering her about it and she will realize its not a good way to get attention.

If shes still not eating right after a week, its important for her to get help. Tell an adult your comfortable with. Also tell her what shes doing is scaring you because she needs to understand that doing this affects everyone.

Even if she hates you because you broke a promise, you know that you were a true friend and you were really helping her:-)

I think you just just go up to him and say "are you going with someone to homecomeing", and if he says no, "do you wannna go with me?"

This is better then having a friend ask or writing a note because guys like girls who can talk to them and have confidence. And if hes already going with someone you can just be like, "oh, cool"

does lime wire cause viruses or anything that could harm my computer because i want to make cds but im afriad to do it

all my friends have it and they didnt get any viruses, but i did and now my computer is sooo slow. if you have a new computer i think therell be a small risk but if you an old computer dont even think about it, limewire is spyware.

ADDED INFO:by the way bittorent is like limewire and works great with no spyware or viruses its what i use.
