My 8th grade graduation dress i dont know what to wear
I am going to my 8th grade dinner dance and its supposed to be totally formal but not like im going to the prom and im so picky and i dont want to spend too much money where should i go what should i wear?

Well to be formal but not over do it i would recommend skinny jeans some nice heels not to high though, a nice skirt maybe on of those long formal ones that are tied from the back like a bikini is tied sorry i don't now wat there called and you could find these items any were you could by this instead of a 150 dollar dress because then how r you going to dance you could probably go to payless , kohls marshal's or if you now these stores forever21 wetseal you could even get some accessories all this probably under 100 dollars hope i could help.

omg i am just like you i dont have boobs or a butt and my 8th grade graduation dance is coming up and i dont know what to wear because the dance is semi-formal.Some of my friends are going to wear regular outfits and some of them are going to wear poofy dresses but im stuck in the middle so im confused about what to wear!!!!!Write me back if you do or dont find anything to wear!!

my recommendation is go to macy's or a store similar to macy's. they have cheap, clothes that are in style and you can chose dresses or a skirt and top. i remember when i was in eighth grade and i got a really cute, knee-legnth skirt with a gold top to match. i got the whole outfit for under a hundred dollars.
but, if you are not sure with my advice,
just where something comfortable that you can dance in.

Yea I have the same thing and everyone pretty much dressed as if they were going to a bat mitzfah, if you havent been to one its just like a nice dress, not poofy or anything just a casual dress, but not something that you would wear to school more fancy than that.

my recommendation is go to macys! they have totally cute dresses for under $75 and they are kinda like prom dresses but shorter and not as formal but yet formal..like i fell in love with this one yesterday i want for homecoming and it was only $60 (that is really good for a formal dress)

also body central(they also have stores called body shop) has dresses for under $40 that are really nice
yet again they dont have the dress i wanted on there site but the one i want is $34 and super formal and veryy pretty

that's how mine was. Instead of a long formal prom dress, try a tea-length or mid calf length dress. mine was a halter type dress that was tea lenght and i got it in the misses section at macy's. (juniors were prom type.) it was like $50? try deb, body central, charlotte russe and most department stores. have fun! <3

Aw! i remember my 8th grade dinner dance good times...
I went to Macy's and got this really cute dress for 40 bucks.This year,i went too DEB they have ALOT of cute things.So i would suggest DEB,JCpenny's,Boscov's,Macy's,and Marshalls.Those store i think are the best,and are great prices if you dont want to spent alot.You shouldnt wear anything long for your dance since its 8th grade its formal yeah but its not like your a junior or a senior you know? so i would recommend going short ; ]

im going through the same thing - just try maybe a cute skirt [ not like a short jean thing but like a semi-long anf flowy. ] and a cute top. maybe off the shoulders or something. and if you do wanna go the dress route then try something kinda short and sleeveless. maybe something like polka-dot or whatever - depending on what your into and like. maybe try shopping at forever 21 or h&m. they have good clothes for good prices.

i went to JC pennys for my 8th grade formal and i got a gorgeous black dress for $40
so i would suggest department stores like that, at this time of year a lot of things are on clearance which is good ♥
