is there any type of excerisce that i can do, to make my breast look smaller. i wear a 36b wha can i do to make them look smaller, and i dnt have a bunch of money so plz dont tell me breast reduction. are there any pills or lotions or something that i can use, plz help asap

Well you can wear a sports bra to make them look smaller. But why would you want to be smaller 36b is a normal and perfect size.

Do you want them to BE smaller or do you just want them to LOOK smaller?
Generally, if you lose weight your breasts will become smaller. Of course, 36B isn't that big unless you're really thin, if that's the case then may be you shouldn't lose any weight.
If you just want your breasts to look smaller, wear a sports bra to hold them down. (Whatever kind of bra you choose to wear, make sure it's the right size - don't wear a bra that's too small just to constrict your breasts) They will also look smaller if you wear dark colours, especially black. Also, don't wear tank tops because they make your breasts look bigger.

well a sports bra pushes them down, but why do you want to make them look smaller? 36 b is the perfect size, and in a few years you are gonna be looking for ways to make them look bigger.
