I eat every day and I was wondering, is it okay not to eat sometimes? Because I am trying to lose weight and I was wondering if it is bad to not eat? Or how much should I eat?

you should eat about what it says on a food pryamid. Sometimes i skip meals, but not on purpose. don't ever, ever skip a meal because you want to lose weight. play sports and work out, that's what you should do if you want to lose weight.
