ok i had asked a question this morning buti have to say something else that i need advice on that happened tonight...
ok well i just gto home from a party and this guy tommy asked me to have sex with him and i said no and he called me a tesse and alot of other guys called me a tease b/c i wouldn't let them do ne nasty stuff to me the tommy took me into a room and put duck tape on my mouth and then un zipped his pants and mine...and then he took the rest of my cloths off and made me stand on the bed naked he was just lookin @ me...then he fingered me and raped me and he told me that if i told ne one that he would do it agian and kill me...there was no way for me to go b/c hes a football wresaler and really strong...by the way im 16 and he was 18...i don't want to tell neone because hes on of my moms ex boyfriends son and she treats him like a son and i would never think that he would do nething like that...HELP what should i do?

that takes a lot of courage to post on the internet. now what you need to do is tell your mom. and if she doesn't listen, then tell another adult you trust -- or just go to the police. no one is allowed to violate your body like that and no one should threaten you afterwards. that is just so fucked up. NO MEANS NO and it's your right to not want to have sex. so yes, please go tell someone and get that stupid dickface behind bars.

You NEED to tell the police right away! Because I know you might be afraid because he'll do something to you if he finds out you told someone, but he won't be able to do anything if he's in jail ; which I'm absolutley positive is where he'll be going. And then maybe even try going for a restraing order to so if he ever did get out in his life, he wouldn't be able to go near you at all. you have to tell someone. i read a magazine where these 3 boys raped their friend (who was a girl)but she didnt know b/c she was unconsious. when she found out what happened, she went to court and told them what happened. she was the same age you are now and they were sentenced 55 years in jail. you need to tell your parents and see what they might want to do about it.

First dont let him tell you he will kill you. Because he reaped you. And he will try and say you asked for it bc you were a tease. Dont let him. If you say no then he should of stopped. Tell your mom, a trusted adult, or a police officer about this. You need to tell either one of them what happened and get help for it A.S.A.P. Your only putting yourself in more danger by waiting to tell someone. If you havn't showered I suggest that you immediately go to the police because they may be able to recover physical evidence from this and then have solid proof againts him. If you havn't showered then you still need to tell someone and atleast bring allegations forward. If you can get allegations on him then the police will detain him (if only for a short while) but they provide you with protection from him. Also If your mom doesn't believe you, keep telling her and if she isn't going to believe you and believes he couldn't and didn't do that to you even though your repetedly told her then she has no place being called your mom. Please tell someone so you can get this guy and lock him away for a long time. That is the simplest advice I can give.

chances are its too late for everything im about to tell you to do. on the off chance that you havent showered since this happened go to the police IMMEDIATELY. there should still be physical evidence on you to convict him. did he use a condom? if not then the evidence should be more than enough, especially if you fought back at all and have bruises. since youre a minor he will be put in jail for a VERY long time. forget what your mom will think of it your safety is more important.
