i pulled a muscle in my stomach yesterday (or so i think) by doing a back-tuck off of a diving board into a pool. after i threw the tuck it hurt really bad in the side of my stomach so i thought i pulled something. today at cheer/tumbling i couldn't throw tucks or even back-handsprings b/c it hurt so bad and then towards the end i couldn't even do round-offs. so i told the instructor and he let me leave early. is there anything i can do to make it feel better like put heat on it? it's on the left side of my stomach under my ribs... thanks so much (link)

ok i have really cury hair and i straighten it everyday but im really getting sick of doing it b/c my hairs so thick and its so time consuming to get it pin straight,i use to love to swim and i never want to do it anymroe b/c i dont want to get my hair wet b/c it will curl and when ever it gets the least bit humid my hair goes nuts. i was thinking about getting it chemically relaxed but idk can anyone whos got it done tell me about it and if it works or doesn't or is bad for there hair ill rate a 5 to anyone who anwsers!! k well my brother (he's 10) hasn't been home much for the summer cause he's been traveling with my dad and stuff.. but now he's back home and i can't even stand to be in the same room with him!! he drives me insane, like we fight constantly. and the worst part is that my mom always takes his side because he's younger than i am. and he says stuff that really ticks me off! like he says that i don't do anything around the house or take the dog out and crap like that and i've the one who has been home for the whole summer! i try to explain to him but he just doesn't get it in his puny fricken brain!! ugh is there anything i can do to chillll out?! For my birthday im geting my tongue, nose, and a whole bunch of ear peircigns. my question is, does anyone here have an industrial peircing?? I want one soo bad but im so scared of the pain, ive done my cartilidge before with a regular earing, and it hurt so bad i had to take it out, i cant imagine a 16 gauge (actually im not sure what gauge in inudstrial is) in my ear! and i also need some sites with a whole lotta different ear peircing pics on it because i want my ears really really really peirced haha.

Okay my dad is an alcoholic!! He has been all my life!! He drinks right before he comes home from work and he gets so waisted on the weekends!! I've dealt with this all my life!! HE has never been there for me and when he tries he's drunk and I don't want nothing to do with him. Sometimes I just wish him and my mom would get a divorce I think she would be a lot happier. My brothers have been doing drugs for the past 3 years so that doesn't help either but they are working on getting there life straight and they are trying. My dads not!! How do I get him to change? I know it would take a long time but he hasnt even shown progress and he hasnt even tried. I'm about to be 16 and those years with him are nothing...he has never been there and now its like I dont care and I will never be close to him!! What should I do?!? (link)
