well i dont have an industrial but i got my cartilidge peirced with 4 other friends and it didnt hurt anymore than getting my earlobe done so i might just have been the person that did it for you beacause we got ours done about a year ago and none of us have had any problems or pain.i would suggest not going back to the same place as you got it done.hope i helped XoXo

An industrial doesn't hurt any more than a regular cartilage peircing, but just remember that you have to do it twice. And I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think they use a 16 gauge in that. Its not too bad if you can stand a single cartilage peircing, but if you cant I don't suggest an industrial. I suggest you go to bmezine.com and look around for peircings either called "Industrial" or "Scaffold". There, you can read many stories of people that haven gotten that particular peircing.

Hey, I don't have an industrial, but my husband does. He has four tattoos and eight piercings. He says that his industrial hurt the worst of any of them. I'm pretty sure his is 14 gauge. He says it wasn't unbearable, but it was the most painful thing he's had done.

Well I had an industrial before and it didn't hurt me too bad. (Of course there was some pain..) I guess it just kidna depends on your pain tolerance and how well it's done... Just make sure you keep it cleaned so it doesn't get infected... But since you couldn't handle just your regular cartledge piercing I can't really imagine you with an idustrial...

Industrial hurts, badly.

If you had to take out your normal cartialge piercing then an industrial isnt for you.
