I don't know what to do. Me and my boyfriend had sex over a month ago, we used a condom and everything but my period HASN'T COME...and I've never panicked this much about this before. Usually when it's late it's about a week late and everything but this is just too long.
We probably had sex the VERY end of june... and then all month july with no period. Now it's august 10th and I STILL havent gotten it.
We used protection and everything though, so I don't know if something happened, like the condom didn't break open or anything.
IT;s not even like the sex lasted THAT LONG ya know? so I don't understand... like I don't get why its so late.
Could I be pregnant?
I'm extremely worried.
What signs would I be getting if I were a month pregnant?
Please help me... I'm so scared.
Well first stop stressing because large amounts of stress can delay your period.
Also go get a home pregnancy test or go to the dr bc teh dr cant tell your parents bc your over 16.

I'm 17 years old, and i've been with my boyfriend for 2 years now. We've been having sex for the past four months and I was just recently put on YAZ birth control. I read the packet and it said I don't even need a back-up if I took the first pill on the first day of my period .. which I did. But i'm still paranoid. Its best you do it the natural way.
You have got to start with exercising.
Run, rollarblade, job, bikeride, swim!
all of these can help.
Alo start eaating right.
No more soda and junk food.
Try to eat 3 times a day. If you skip your meals your on your way to an unhealthy diet.
Also when you eat dinner make it as early in teh evening as possible because at night is when we gain the most weight because we are just sitting around.
After each meal take a walk aound the block or a bike ride.
Also do body exercises. Push ups sit ups stuff like that

remember MUSCLE WEIGHTS MORE THAN FAT!

I've been having a lot of trouble this year concentrating, and my grades are definetly reflecting it. Everytime i sit down to do my homework, something distracts me so i go and do that first, or i call that person, or go talk to people online. I always feel like everything is more important then my schoool work but i know its not. I end up going to bed so late doing all these things i get distracted by. Does anyone have any suggestions that could help me concentrate on my schoolwork and not all these other little things?
Well I mean your friends can help you out too. Tell them to not call you until a certain time. Or let your parents pick up the phone and dont let them let you use it until your all done. Work in a really quiet room w/ no music or distractions. I hope Helped you

Well Its could be because lotion isnt meant to be put in your crotch. Also dont use conditioner thats for you hair and it wont make it softer.
