body problems!! I NEED HELP

Hey i'm 13 years of age, and im five foot seven, and i weigh 140. thats alot. and the thing is i'm not fat, i'm actually pretty skinny, its just i really need too drop about 20 pounds brfore december. Becuase of cheer tryout's. and they have a weight limit. so any idea's??? i'd like too start dropping fast! Thanks is advance!!

Hey, my name is Faith42 !

Well, I think you should just do something that you
like to do to work out. What , I do is go to the gym and walk on the treadmill for 25 minutes and
I do 100 crunches or I do laps in my pool and still
do about 100 crunches. That's just me though. You can always practice cheer leading 20- 30 minutes a day. Just , make sure you take breaks and drink enough of water. Try, to just drink water, it's better than energy drinks.


Also, you can eat normal stuff you eat and just in smaller portions. Also, try to stay away from pop. Water, is very good for you it cleans out the acids in your stomach.Just make sure you don't skip meals , if you do you will feel awful and ran down most of the day, also when you go to eat a meal you will probably eat more because you are so hungry from skipping the meal you didn't eat before. Don't worry , you will lose wait just gradually. That's the best way!

There is no easy way to lose weight.
Its best you do it the natural way.
You have got to start with exercising.
Run, rollarblade, job, bikeride, swim!
all of these can help.
Alo start eaating right.
No more soda and junk food.
Try to eat 3 times a day. If you skip your meals your on your way to an unhealthy diet.
Also when you eat dinner make it as early in teh evening as possible because at night is when we gain the most weight because we are just sitting around.
After each meal take a walk aound the block or a bike ride.
Also do body exercises. Push ups sit ups stuff like that
[ it keeps you tone looking]
remember MUSCLE WEIGHTS MORE THAN FAT!

Try long walks, a small spoon of apple cider mixed in a 8 oz of water before breakfast, ever other day, not recomended for more then three week's.
