getting and hiding
My parents won't let me remove the hair from my legs, but I do anyway because I use my dad's razor. I want to get my own razor or hair removal device but my parents won't let me buy them or else they will kick me out of the house. My friend gave me a disposable razor but it ran out and she is out of town until September. How do I get a hair removal device and how do I hide it from my parents when I have it? If it helps I am 13/f. I will rate high for good advice or a good try.

Even though this sounds akward, you have to ask your parents why they won't let you do this. If it's a good reason, do your best to understand. If it's not, tell them that it would really make you happy if the hair on your legs was gone :).

first of all thats ridiculous....im guessing you have already tried talking to your parents so that wont help....i think if you can you should just walk to a store or when your at your friends house just go for a walk and go to a store and buy disposable razors....either that or you could keep a razor at your friends house and whenever you go over shave there....and once you get a razor you can just hide it in your room or something...i hope that helped

first i would find out why your parents are against shaving your legs. if they're afraid you'll get cut well it's really hard to cut yourself unless you're digging into your skin with the razor. then explain to them that it's not peer pressure or what your friends think that makes you want to shave even if it is. it's tough not being able to drive(im 13 2) so i don't know how you'll be able to get a razor. try another friend and ask them if they have disposables

First of all, try sitting them down and talking to them. Sounds to me like they don't know that you're mature and that this is just another way girls grow up. Try being polite and all and ask them what they think. If they still disagree, then maybe try in like another month. Don't push it or they'll just get mad at you. But honor your parents because they were put in authority over you. But go ahead and try to reason with them. They at least have to listen to ya!!!

Well, at 13 your parents should let you shave! Just walk to a nearby store or stop by a store with one of your friends and pick up a good razor thats not disposable that will last you a long time. An average razor can go quite a ways. Just keep the razor put away when your not using it and only take it out to shave every few days or so. Hope i helped :/

Well ok, 13 is plenty old enough to shave so i dont know why your parents wouldnt let you. I suggest you talk to them. Or tell one of your other relatives to talk them into it. Or you could get another one of your friends to buy you one. Thats all i can think of sorry.

even if your parents are pissed talk to your mom about i think that is the only way to get a razor. i mean i would give you like 20 but i dont know you sry haha. well just sit down with your mom and talk about it. or when your at CVS secretly sneek them by your mom like tell her your going to get makeup or something and tell her to wait in the car xoxox

hey hun im really sorry about that! thats how my mom is too! but like do you have a friend that can buy it for you or a older brother or sister if you do then you can ask them to take you to the store! =p if not then ask a friend to buy them and you can pay them back hope i helped!

i would have my friend maybe buy a razor for you. or next time you go to the store see if you can pay for razors before your mom or dad checkouts. or if there is a store by you that you can walk to!! hope that helps.

Okay, you're THIRTEEN, it's RIDICULOUS for your parents to not let you shave your legs! If you can't purchase your own razors, have a friend do it for you. If you have to, shave at a friend's house. It's stupid for them to not let you shave, that's okay for a young girl, but you're getting to the age where people WILL make comments. Either get them on your own, or have a friend get them. If you have a locker at school, keep razors there and shave in the mornings or during gym class.

Well i think you should go to the mall with your friends and buy a venus devine razor. I swear you can push down semi-hard and it wont even break your skin!! Its wonderful!! you could also use nare but if you keep it on too long it will burn your skin. Make sure you use shaving cream plus moisturizer,or else you'll get red bumps (razor burn) I started shaving when i was 11 so i really think you should!!(im going to be 15 soon) Also try waxing.Its like ripping off a band-aid. It'll be red for a while,but you wont have to shave for about 2-4 weeks depending how fast your hair grows. But you could also get wax burn,so i wouldnt try doing it your self.I would reccomend sticking to shaveing. If they find out just tell them -- Your 13 and your responsible,you'll buy your own shavers and shaving cream,also moisturizer.You wont hurt your legs in any way because you'll take care of them. When you get it..i think you should hide it in you under wear draw,wayyy back in a corner of a draw,or in between the matresses in your bed. (thats where i hide most of my stuff) well good luck!!!

A lot of people arn't allowed to shave there legs untill they are older. There are a few things you could try to do. One thing is you could by hair removle cream it doesn't work as well but it will definatly help. Two you could go out and by your own razor and hide it from your parents. Or three you could always tell your parents why you want one or ask them why you can't get a razor.

D> Razors don't cost much try CVS or target WalMart even grocery stores.

G> Shaving cream also determines how long you can go w/o shaving.
