I met this guy on the internet and he's coming to pick me up in an hour or so. EVerything seems all right and my intuition tells me its a go but everyone always says to be careful so I thought I'd ask. Don't be too hasty to answer cuz I'm really for going.

people can be very convincing!...for all u know he really could be and interenet perverttt or somthin...even if he sends you a pic it doesnt mean its really him...be very carefull..or just call it off

It's not a bright ides to meet anyone over the internet. Even if you've know him for quite some time, its not a good idea. He could turn out to be a homicide or rapist. Don't do it!

Just be VERY VERY careful. Before you get in the car, try asking him for his driver's liscence ( sorry don't know how to spell that ) and see if he's really that age he told you. Because I've heard all those stories about girls getting kidnapped on the news lately and stuff, and I don't wanna hear another =/ Just be VERY careful. IF something doesn't seem right then get out of the area very quickly. And be sure to keep your cellphone next to you at all times. And if he suggests taking you home, just get out of the car, and get someone else to pick you up. Just be very careful, alright? I hope I helped!

Take a friend with you and make sure you have cell phones with you. You need to be as careful as possible. Meeting people online and then in person is never smart, but it's expecially stupid to go alone or without a phone. Let your parents or other friends know where you're going, and have a friend call and check up on you. Make some kind of sign like a code word, or if you don't answer, then have them call and tell your parents. BE CAREFUL.

But kepp prepared if ever he's not anything you expected and may be even worse that what you are thinking.. to make sure everthing will be okay.. tell someon or a close friend of yours where the two of you are going (make sure to ask him before you leave), what time you are mostly likely to go home, any contact # and the real name of the guy.. hope i helped.. You should bring a friend, or at least go in a public place where people can see you, just in case. Be carefull. It's not really safe to do it, but I've done it before & I'm still here.

I dont think its to good of an idea but I guess your mind is already made up so with that being said make sure to go to a public place with him just incase he ends up being a weirdo or if he would considder going on a double date with a friend and her guy just so its a bit safer.

honestly thats a BIG risk, make sure you've told someone all about him. Heaven for bid something happens to you, but just in case, cause stuff happens and people are decieving. but have fun! <3
