xXxpinky615xXx answered Wednesday August 3 2005, 8:47 pm: Yes. There is a way, but you'll still bleed and it will show up in the water. If you want to go swimming while on your period, it's best to use a tampon. Especially if your flow is HEAVY. But, if you have a very light flow, you could go in without a tampon and you won't be able to see any blood in the pool. But if you're going to be getting in and out of a pool, you'll need to use a tampon. If you stay in the pool for a long period of time, it won't be so bad but as soon as you get out you need to go to the bathroom and put on a tampon or pad (whichever your prefrence). If you do swim while on your period without a tampon, there is a chance that the water in the pool can become contaminated and no one would be able to swim in it until the water is emptied and filled with fresh water. I'm not just saying that to get you upset, but it's the truth. [ xXxpinky615xXx's advice column | Ask xXxpinky615xXx A Question ]

you should really try them and get used 2 them.. you'll NEVER want to go back 2 pads again. trust me = P [ 3HOLLYWOODxGLAM3's advice column | Ask 3HOLLYWOODxGLAM3 A Question ]
