singing I really love to sing and my friends say I'm good. I don't think I am all that good though and I want to know some good ways to get better without taking voice lessons because I don't have a lot of money. My goal isn't to be a proffesional singer but I just want to be a source of entertainment to my friends because singing is a huge part of my life. Please answer I'll rate 5's

Id say look up some things online like voice exercises and such. & just practice singing songs on the radio, or go through your Cds and sing every song and try to hit the notes they do. Just keep practicing and look up those voice exercise things, and hopefully you'll be more confident in the future =) ]
Well one thing is for sure you have to practice alot and i dont think theres no other way.Get your self recorded on the computer and here your self improve everyday. So your friends will love your singing even more.Dont worry im sure you will get much much better. ]
Your friends say that your a good singer and if you love to sing then thats perfect so just sing your heart out, lol, because its what you like to do, and if you want to be a source of entertainment to your friends, well, it sound like you already are :P
Good Luck and I hope this helps ]
You can try looking for a scholarship for signing, contests, expose yourself to the world with your talent and as you grow, you'll learn more and more. So go out there and just open your mind. Try singing infront of people and doing what you do best! Go online at google and search for scholarships for singing/music. Post an add up on a bulletin board anywhere! At your shcool maybe! Ask your parents to also help on your great talent. Go for it. Explore whats out there and you'll see! Goodluck! ]
Try joining your school chorus or church choir. It's a great way to get voice training free as well as get used to being on stage. ]
i relly like to sing also. just practice using ur voice on different types of songs. if all your friends are telling you your good you are probably better at singing than you think.hope i helped XoXo ]
I would make a mix CD of a different range of songs (high, low, pop, classical) and play it all the time and sing along, to test your voice.
You could also hit Karaoke bars to practise. Free and an audience!
Good luck! ]
just practicing every day helps. it makes your voice grow into something more. And thats basically the cheapest thing. ]
Just practice singing to your favorite songs or try joining a choir at your church (if you belong to one) to practice. Learning and practicing with your favorite songs is a good way to improve your vocal talents (especially if you like both music that is high and low, soft or hard in how you use your voice, you can get good practice.)
Do what you love to do with singing, I'm sure you will impress your friends with your voice even if you don't think your good.
I hope this helps and you do what you continue to love to do!

P.S. Good luck with your singing! ]
try joining several church chiors or youth chiors or something where you can get extra practice. also work on site singing notes and stuff it really helps with control ]
If you have Cable on ON Demand you can take voice lessons! If not just practice singing a lot and do voice exercises!

Well, I've never taken voice lessons but I just got better by "training" my voice to Amy Lee from Evanesence. I would just constantly sing the songs on their "Fallen" album. Also, drink a lot of water.

Well to get better is simple---practice. Although lessons might help, you can also practice alone or with your friends. Do warmup vocals and try making up songs and practicing them everyday. Record how you sound, and play it over and review the things you did and didnt like about your singing. Be your own critic. If you want to hear your friends and families opinion, make your own show at home and invite close people to you. They can tell you what they liked and didnt like to make you even better. Another idea is perform in a talent show so that'll get you used to big audiences. When you have enough experience through the years you can get an agent or even someone big could find you...you never know! ;-)
HOPE I HELPED && G0OD LUCK!
