Im 13 and i have an anexity dissorder and depression. I take lexapro, and my parents think, or want to think its helping me. But i've been thinking about suicide more often...and i started cutting again. Will an overdose of lexapro kill me? and how much would i have to take? (link)

I am certainly not going to tell you that. Killing yourself solves nothing.
I don't know how long you have been taking this med.
I do know that sometimes you have to be taking a medication like this one for a while before it starts working. So give it time.
If you still don't feel better, then be honest about it with your parents. Tell them you are cutting again, go see your doctor and be honest with your doctor and get that med changed.
No need to sprare your parents feelings. Get the help you need by being vocal about it. :)

Hello I am a 36 yr old female whom first started my period at age 11 !!! In the last yr or so I have been getting them like every 21 days verses 28 days like I used to !!! Do you have any thoughts on that as to why this could be !!! (link)

I would bet you are pre-menopausel. Your period will start doing some really crazy things. You may not have one for several months, then all of a sudden have one again. The good news is they soon stop all together!
There really is no specific age when this starts. I
was a little younger than 36 I think. It is nothing to be concerned about though. If you start getting hot flashes or you just want a doctors opinion please see one. I am not doctor so can't be for certain that's what it is, but my educated guess is that you are in pre-menopause.

If i do have some of the symptoms of a Yeast infection... should i go see a doctor? Is there any possible way to get ride of a Yest infection with out anybody knowning? (link)

You can get some monistat cream or a generic. Try that for a couple of days and see if it goes away.
They sometimes will work just fine.
If it doesn't go away though, you do need to see a doctor. It is nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about. Many, many women get yeast infections. :)

My wife and I own a business where travel is necessary. I have a valued employee that would be very difficult to replace - and he is a close friend, and I do not want to replace him - even if keeping him would pose difficulties.
My wife is involved in our travels, as is our employee. Since we are sometimes away on business for as much as 2 weeks or more at a time, we have structured our travel so that his wife can accompany him. We have given her some light duties and some limited employment, and we pay both her travel expenses, as well as his, including meals and lodging. This is an accomodation for him, and for their well-being.
However, she takes advantage of us at every opportunity. We enter a restaurant, suggesting a price range for the meal we are willing to obtain, and she often exceeds this amount by almost double. When trying to deal with it, our employee lets us know that he wants her left alone by us - but he does not correct her. He appears to be afraid of her.
She refuses to be accountable to us or to him - and has caused several problems on our last trip. She insinuated herself and her agenda into a meeting that she was in attendeance at, though she had no business doing so.
At a restaurant with people with whom we had just done business (and where they picked up the tab), I was horrified to see her take a handful of butter in her hand (and palm) and then butter corn on the cob by rubbing it with her butter drenched hand. It was disgusting, and I had to leave the table for a bit.
When trying to correct the situations, both she and her hiusband say that I am treating them like children, and he will not allow me to correct the situation - nor will he.
An association we all belong to has had some complaints brought against her for her prima-donna actions - and they are being dealt with separately by that organization for her attitude and actions.
Our business is in the area of fine arts, and he is very gifted in this area - and very hard to replace. Replacing him would, in all likelihood, cause us to have to cease operations in our business for 3 to 6 months - and would hinder our business for up to a year. He knows this and, he seems to be aware that they have us over a barrel.
He has been a good friend and is highly valued by us. Letting him go would cripple us, and we have contemplated actually closing our business rather than allowing this to continue as is - or to operate in a crippled manner with his departure. The problem is her - not him - but he refuses to travel unless she accompanies us.
Perhaps the weight of comments from those on this site as to the outrageousness and unreasonableness of her behaviour will convince them that they need to change.

Sad fact is she is hurting your business. It is very sad that your employee cannot see it himself.
You find her behavior disrespectful, and she is really being disrespectful of her husband as well. She has some nerve destroying his job with her actions. She is being complained about by an association you belong to...she should be gone.
There really are more talented people out there. Check monster.com or someplace if you can't find someone in your area to replace the employee who refuses to see his wife's behavior is unacceptable.
He would probably be stupid to actually quit, I'm sure word has gotten around about the tag along and he will probably have problems finding a similar job.
When it comes right down to it, if the plug has to be pulled on your business, do it yourself. Don't let an employee...even a talented one, do it for you. Your reputation will look a lot better if you just get rid of the problem.
So, I vote you fire the employees wife. No more trips, meals, perks paid for by the company. No more involvement with your clients in any way. He wants to take her and pay her way, great. But no involvement with clients.
If he decides to quit because you will no longer tolerate his wife, so be it. Life goes on. :)

I know that if you crack your fingers a lot, that you're bound to get Arthritis, but I also hear cracking you back is good. I tend to crack my neck a lot, will that somehow cause Arthritis? (link)

Neither is harmful, and neither will cause arthritis. That is a myth. According to reports
done by orthopedic (bone doctors). It is safe to do.

I was curious, do many girls sleep in tampons? If you put a new one in right before bed then a new one right when you woke up would that be safe? When I sleep I wear a pad to avoid TSS risks, but since I do not sleep standing up, my period sometimes leaks out on my pj's and sheets which is quite embarressing.
Just curious how many people do it and how safe it is. (link)

It is safe to sleep with a tampon in. Just put in a fresh one before bedtime and change it when you wake up. This site has tips for you to reduce chances. It is really very rare. :)

I have never heard about this. So I can't give you an honest answer. From what I have read though, it
has no known harmful side effects. You can't use to much because any over and above what your body needs is expelled in urine.
That being said, I see no reason why you shouldn't give it a try. :)

There are two good choices for non strenuous exercise and they work great for weight loss. especially if your weight is what is keeping you from exercising.
You also need to watch portion sizes and sugary snacks!
Walking is very good exercise. You don't have to jog. Just start slowly and go a little further each
week.
Anything in water. Swimming is good. IF you know how. If you don't, some places like the YMCA offer
water aerobics. Its easy on the joints and looks like fun too!

My friend who I've known for like 10 years of my life we were talking about sex and stuff and she said shes scared to have sex because her vagina smells.
She said she cleans it right and it smells fishy and because shes a virgin she doesn't want to douche so I didn't really know what to say to her.
Is there any advice for her?

A "fishy" smell could be a sign of an infection. She
should see a doctor if its that bad and get it taken care of. :)

I am 17 & i work in a candy store. it gets really busy during the holiday time & for the last few weeks before christmas they are open sundays. my mom told me that she will, for no reason, allow me to work both days during the weekend. i forgot about this (it was a few months ago when she told me)& i just looked at my work schedual & in a few weeks from now they have me on on saturday & sunday!!!!! i don't want to work this either, but i feel like my boss will be MAD if i tell them this, because we are SO busy during the holidays! how do i please my mom, my boss, & myself? should i work for like 1 saturday & sunday in a row but tell them i can't for the rest?!?! or what do i do?? I think if mom agrees you should attempt to work the Sundays. It will probably just be temporary and if you refuse they may find someone else who wants a job and let you go. It is tough trying to schedule workers and get those busy times covered. If you can't to it you'll make it so someone else has to.
That might cause problems with co-workers. You don't want that.
If you can just get through the holidays it will all go back to normal. Maybe you will make extra money too. That's always good! :)

1) If he says hi to you then that's a pretty good sign. Most guys won't bother to say hi to a girl if they don't like them.
2) Starting a conversation with you is also a good sign. He likes talking to you. Basketball must be something he enjoys and if he can talk to you about it that's wonderful.
3)Again, if he likes talking to you and takes time to walk with you he likes you. Guys just don't waste time on girls they don't like. Use an apostrophe next time though because he'll is much better than hell! :)
4)Not everyone is good at flirting. And it isn't really necessary anyway. If it doesn't come naturally it just seems fake. So I wouldn't consider that a bad sign or anything.
5)Teasing is good so long as it isn't mean teasing. If he makes you laugh that's great. Guys like it if they make you laugh.
6)Honestly, I don't know what you mean. But one out of 7 isn't bad! :)
7)A guy that listens to what you have to say is a great find. Be sure you listen to him too and you will have a great relationship.
Another thing....No. I don't think he is just doing it for fun. Unless he is out there flirting with every girl he comes across, it is you he has his eye on. I think with the time he is spending getting to know you he likes you a lot. :)

so me and my b/f have been together about 6 weeks and really thats not that long i know but i wanna do something really sweet for him for christmas. i was gunna burn him a cd with a bunch of love songs on it. but then i was wondering if it would seem to early to do that?? we have moved kinda fast here at the beginning so we are really close so it wouldnt seem weird but would it just seem like something someone would do for like a one year thing??? thanks! I think it is a good idea if he likes love songs. Some guys do and some don't. Try to find some songs that have meaning for you or remind you of things you have done together. :)

Everyone blushes to a certain degree, especially if they are thrown into an awkward or uncomfortable situation. Unfortunately since its an involuntary response there isn't a lot you can do to stop it.
Once you are familiar with something the blushing usually stops. Sorry I can't be of more help.
I have heard that some guys find a blushing girl to be attractive. :)

i am clueless on how to have a good conversation with people other than friends and closer family, (mostly guys). i pause a lot, and usually use "fill in" words like um and like. i dont know what to say. i feel akward when i have nothing to say. everyone says to talk about things that we have in common like maybe sports ot classes, but i feel unconfortable saying things like that, depending on who im with. i dont know what to do. So, recently my mom told me I couldn't see my boyfriend anymore because of problems won't go into great detail. But, we have a pretty large age gap, so much that it is ILLEGAL for us to have sex. My sister called him & told him he couldn't see me anymore because of the whole situation that happened, and told him if he did - she'd call the cops.
My mother & sister don't know I'm seeing my boyfriend.. still. My dad is completely on my side because he really likes my boyfriend a lot and thinks we should see each other, so when me and my boyfriend go out, my dad pretends that I'm at my friends houses, he drops me off and he talks to their parents. So, my mom REALLY believes it, she doesn't even suspect it.
My boyfriend HATES us hanging out without my mom knowing, so he told me he doesn't wanna do it behind her back anymore. It hurts because there's no other way I could see him. :(
Is it wrong for me to be completely mad at him? I mean my dad is doing this for both of us, and it makes me feel really good.. and now my boyfriends not taking advantage of that!

Your boyfriend doesn't want to go to jail is the whole thing. He has every right to be nervous about it.
When it comes right down to it, your dad would be unable to do a thing if the law found out. Your boyfriend would be arrested and charged with statutory rape. The state would be the one prosecuting him.
If you think about it, your dad is probably doing it so he is one up on your mom. Dads love us to pieces but they like to look like the hero to. He isn't doing you a favor. You and the boyfriend get caught
and he gets busted. Nothing a willing accomplice can do about it, even if hes your dad. Sorry. So don't be mad at your boyfriend. Hes just saving himself jail time.
