The thing is, most people with this problem go red because they lack self confidence and therefore always feel shy or embarrassed whenever attention is drawn to them.
Unfortunately, only time and building your self confidence will rid you of this problem, because you need to feel more secure in yourself before the blushing will stop. Remind yourself two or three times a day "People like me. People like to talk to me. I am worth talking to and I cope well being the centre of attention." You will probably feel a little silly saying it at first but make it your mantra and every time you are the centre of attention, take a deep breath and remember the affirmation. Over time, this should make you feel more at ease with the attention and in so doing, should make you blush less. [ Vikki27's advice column | Ask Vikki27 A Question ]

Once you are familiar with something the blushing usually stops. Sorry I can't be of more help.

If you`re in front of a class you have to concentrate on the project that you`re doing not how you look or something else. Take deep breaths and I hope that helps.
