well basically school sucks and...i really dont like it. im aquantinces (sp)with 20 or so people in my grade, but i really only have two friends.
-one of them is always all over her boyfriend and they only talk to eachother, its like someone turned on a switch or something. whenhes not there, we have a good time, but if hes there she basically forgets im in the room.
- the other one is usually fine but when her other friend (that im friendly with) is there she totally ignores me.
so basically thats it. its just me, myself, and i. my mom was thinking of homeschooling me, not that she knows any of th at, just because she thinks it'd be better since my schools kind of crappy anyway and i hate all the people in it.i kind of want to stay though for things like prom, and graduation, and stuff like that but idk if its really worth it to stay there if i basically have no friends here. im not really sure if homeschooling is good though. when i go to college i dont want to be like the only one that was homeschooled, and not know everything im supposed to, or someting like that. i would get a tutor for math since my mom basically sucks at math, but everything else she would teach me.

and if any of you are homeschooled that would be good too..but it doenst really matter. just your opinion will be appreciated.
My freshman year I was homeschooled. I liked it for the most part. You don't really have a bedtime, you get your work done faster, and you have more attention, like one on one. You work at your own pace so it's easier for you. However, once you start homeschooling, it's a bad idea to decide to wanna go back to public school. I tried to do that but it messed up my credits. I did half a semester of summer school and luckily it caught me up. But if you stay homeschooled, i'd say you're better off that way. There's websites where you can find textbooks and such. Your school might even let you check out books or be willing to sell them to you for the year. Just talk to your principle and see what can be done. You can still see your friends after school and on the weekends, and it might even bring you closer to them..if you have any other questions feel free to ask!

16/F, Recently, the guy that I liked told me that he felt the same way. I guess I was too excited so I told one of my friends. First, she goes up to him and all of his friends asking oh, so you like her? Then his friends start making up all of these jokes about me and they start making fun of me. But, the good thing is that he stood up for me and told them to shut up. she starts telling everyone at school and now everyone knows. So now his friends make sure that he doesn't talk to me at school. In the hallways, I notice that the guy always waits at a certain area right after my fourth period class and he just stares at me without saying anything. Recently, he told my best friend Ashley that he isn't mad at me but he is just disapointed in me. he also told her that wants to talk me on aim. I'm scared of what I have to say to him and I know that he'll mention it. What should I do?
If you're afraid of him mentioning it, just do it before he does. Just be straight up honest with him and tell him why you told. There's no reason he should be mad at you, and like he already said, he isn't. If you don't want to bring it up, just try and forget about it, and he might be doing the same. Good luck

This may sound a little stupid bit i dont know what to do. For what me and my friend did,we might of caused everyone in our school to get their myspace accounts caceled! It all happend when my friend made this fake girl named Alison a profile. She did it so this boy that is a total loser who is obbsesed with me could start liking her and not me anymore. He liked this "girl" Alison soo much that he gave her his adress,number, and wanted to meet her so he could take her out! Hez so stupid! What if it was like a 40year old guy!EEEWW! So he gave her(really me and my friend) his password and we changed his profile and wrote pretty funny stuff and changed his password,lol. Anyway,now he was obbsesed with her, and at school that is all he would talk about!Then oneday,he found out from someone(?) that she wasnt real! He was pretty mad and humileated(however you spell it) for a while, but then he got over it. Then oneday he started sending some pretty harsh things to my fiend because she is a little overweight and her sister found out and was SOOO mad. She sent him a message telling him that they(her friends) were going to beat him up,lol. The little wimp told his mom whotold the principal and now my friend is in trouble because she took the blame for her sis.But then, he mentioned the Alison thing and said my name!!! They are going to call my dad,afer he had JUSTseen all that bad stuff about myspace on the news!What the hell should i do!!! IR5s!!!! :0 &hearts he'll be so f****** pissed!
If I were you, I'd talk to my dad before anyone else did. Just sit him down and tell him you didn't intend on what you did to go so far. Tell him you learned your lesson and it won't happen again. Just be honest with him and don't lie, it'll only make things worse! good luck

You can't change how you feel, but there is a big age difference. People at your age change. I think it would be best for the two of you to just be friends because more then likey one or both of you will end up getting hurt in the long run. But you never know what can happen. If you like him that much and he likes you, you can make it work out. But it won't just happen on its own, you have to make it happen!

If you're scared to do it, then don't do it. Only go as far as you feel comfortable. If he has a girlfriend, he shouldn't want to be seeing you anyways. I think you did the right thing, and if I were you, I'd just move on. He doesn't sound like he's worth your time, especially if he's trying to pressure you into that. So I've liked this guy Joseph since 5th grade. He confessed his feelings and asked me out in 7th grade, but I rejected him, i dont know why. Last year i talked to him a lot and everyone said he liked me. This year, i barely talk to him anymore so i donno if he still likes me. Im now going into 11th grade, and i STILL like him, but im afraid to tell him because im afraid of what my friends will think and that he doesnt like me anymore. how do i find out if he likes me, and hint to him that i like him, before the school year ends?
If you like him so much, you shouldn't care about what your friends think. It shouldn't even matter.
The best way to find out is just talk to him. If he doesn't like you, move on. It was worth a shot..but if he does, then you too can decide what to do from there. Or ask him to go somewhere with you, like to eat or something and get him to open up around you a little and if he doesn't say anything about liking you, you should! You'll never know if you don't try..good luck!

all of my best friends have boyfriends and theyre always so busy with them that i get left out of everything. theyve stopped being such good friends we dont really talk much and when i do they dont listen. its really stressful and i dunno im not jealous of them im happy they have someone but shouldnt they still care about me? they dont know what its like to be in my situation and when i try to explain it to them they just shut me out. what do i do?
If they treat you this way, maybe you should think about how good of a friend they really are. People change and you're not always going to be friends with the same people.
I know people that are like your friends. I ask them to do something and they can't because of their bf/gf. Well just remember that the next time they would like to do something. If telling them how you feel doesn't work, show them.
The ones that come back to you after the break up, aren't true friends. It's the ones that are there the WHOLE time. Boyfriend or no boyfriend.

I have this bestfriend. Well she has this boyfriend of 8 months. Well my freshman year i fell for him and loved him very much and that lasted thru my sophmore year and pretty much ended. Me and him are great friends&but we had our ups&downs. We kisssed and everything at one point in time.
Well him and my bestfriend are dating and Are planning on getting married no doubt. I can see them married but i cant see myself handling it. I love them both to death&i never do anything to cause trouble between the two of them. I dont want to say anything so dont tell me to its just something i need help with& what should i do?

If you have feelings for someone else, I'd say the best thing to do is just give yourself time. Of course you're not going to just snap your fingers and be over it, but you souldn't dwell over the situation. If the guy is happy and your friend is happy, you should be happy for them atleast, even if it means it hurts you a little. Who knows what could happen in the future. good luck

What causes the ugly red spots that show up when you shave your legs and are there alllll the time? Its really gross and ugly looking.
Anyone got any advice on how to reduce the noticeability of them or even make them go away?
I tried lotion but.. that only lasts so long and definately doesnt make them GO AWAY.
Is it just irritated skin?
I'd say it's deff razor burn. Most of the time lotion doesn't help at all, if anything it makes them worse. Make sure your razor isn't dull, that sometimes causes them too, and find a shaving cream that's compatible with your skin. But yes it's nothing to worry about, just irritated skin.

My friend had larengitus and a fever for about 1 and a half weeks. She's finally recovering, after she was sick for so long. I think I may of caught what my friend has, but I am drinking lots of water (you wouldn't believe how much I'm drinking) and I stayed home today and rested.
Do you think that I will recover faster than my friend? I actually don't feel all too bad, and I don't feel like I'm getting larengitus or anything. Is it possible that my friend just didn't take care of herself properly? (She never drinks any water, just a few sodas, she eats alot of junk food and she didn't rest when she was sick because she had to play soccer.)
I'm not even sure if I definitely have what she had or not. In fact, my mom says I got sick from worrying so much that I was going to. But the big problem is: I have a birthday party tomorrow that I cannot miss or my friend will practically die. It's only about 2 hours. Will I probably be okay if I keep hydrating?

I kinda agree with your mom. It most likely was all in your mind. Or atleast somewhat..If you start feeling sick don't wait to get medicine. The sooner you get it the quicker it will start working & get you all better! But I'd say as long as you feel up to it, you can deff go to the party!

okayy .. so my boyfriend and me have never been EXTREMELY close .. and that bothers me .. but lately he's drifting away from me even more. he would get all into it and be like i love you so much babe i miss you, and on and on. but now he never calls and he says love u. like he barely even means it.
i know i know .. i need to talk to him. well the thing is ive tried. ive asked what was wrong .. if somethings goin on that i should know about .. and hes like no nothings wrong. just tired.
sunday night i went to a friends house and monday we talked and hes like ya i called your house sunday to see if you wanted to hang out. ( i didnt go to chelseys till 9 30) so he could have called. but i dont think he did. he said he did but i was WAITING for him to call .. and his number never showed up .. theres a possibliity he called but i was busy so the answerin machine picked up .. but i dont know ..
like he changes his mind daily and i just have to be quick enough to keep up with him. i really do love him .. and he says he loves me to .. but sometimes the way he acts .. just makes me go crazy.
my friend always bad mouths him sayin hes lieing when he says he loves me and she knows that hes just gonna blow me off .. so his un predicatbility and then the way she does that .. i just dont knwo what to think ..

Don't conclude anything just from what your friend says. You should find out for sure if he's lieing to you before you make any decisions. Maybe he's just in a phase, and he's trying to figure out what he wants. Give him a little time. If this keeps up and he doesn't come around, you might need to find yourself someone else..

If he says he doesn't want to get in trouble, then maybe he really doesn't want to get in trouble. He could be the type of guy that doesn't really like to do things in public, maybe he just likes his privacy. He could also be busy. This doesn't mean he only wants sex and it doesn't mean he's embarassed to be around you. However kissing in public, etc might not be comfortable for him. Give it time, if he doesn't come around in a while talk to him about it. No one here really knows how he feels. good luck!

People get their first kiss when they're ready.

Just learn to live with it..if people don't like you for your nose, or your smile then they aren't worth it! It's honestly probably not even that bad. Like you said you're self-concious, so you might be making it a bigger deal than it really is. Don't waste your time worrying about it and you'll be alot happier!

I've been to a counselor before and it wasn't what I expected at all. I was afraid that I wasn't going to be able to open up to her either. But surprisingly, they make you feel comfortable. That's their job, they're there to help you and they like doing it. You don't have to tell them anything you don't want to, just start where ever you feel comfortable!

how can i gain wait? im 15/f i have a fast matabolism and i cant seem to gain weight past 100. my mom said that if i dont gain weight than she is going to take me to the hospital for crazy people....no offence ok.....and i dont know what to do....i dont even know what foods fatten people up....can you help me? my mom is mean. lol. just because im skinny and shes not doesnt mean that she has to be mean to me.....so does anyone now any fattening foods
Eat alot more fast food and things with sugar. Alot of meats do also, like steak. Sodas add alot of weight too.
