Hey I am a girl 13 looking for a dress for the 8th grade social. If anyone knows any sites where you can find the dresses (100 is my limit) can you please tell me. Thank you.

Go to your local forever 21 store to find dresses under $30, their really cute for being so cheap and perfect for an 8th grade dance.
