i buy MY heels at jimmy choos, and since your grand parents are paying for it... if theyre not rich enough, go to dsw, because they have like heels in every single color and cheap and like 30,000 pairs

i got a pair of dress shoes that were clear and silver (like prom one) that also matched my dress for $25 at DSW. i normally wouldn't get those but my friend saw mine and got ones almost exactly like them because they match with everything. there's all kinds of cute ones so look around! <3

I would look at all of the department stores. I know it may sound a little dorky, but Macy's and JC Penney's may surprise you. If you can find cheap shoes, then you will be able to splurge on a beautiful dress. :)

G'luck, love.

Also few clothing stores have a small selection of really cute shoes for dances. Such as Forever21, Charlotte Russe, The Body Shop, 579, The Rave. And if all else fails you could always try payless! good luck!

There's this store called Wink II. You can look it up on the internet or it could be in the mall closest to you.
