...What do people think about a teenage pregnancy? Is it bad i mean If a person thinks they are lonley an are scared to be alone while their boyfriend leaves for awhile for the military..would it be okay to have a baby?
yah, me and my boyfriend said that if anything were to happen to either of us, and we would still have time and be capable of conceiving and delivering a baby, we totally would. espically for the military!

well, if you are on your period on the day of the appt. you should change the appt. for 2weeks later. you could always go and just talk if you have any concerns. but you cannot get any tests done. (the results wont be accurate)

there isnt anything WRONG with it. but guys may take the fact that you have larger brests as a reason to date you. Make sure that the guy you are with loves you for you and not your brests!!

society tells us that having premarital sex is wrong, (risk of pregnancy, stds...) but also emotionally, that you cant handle a breakup after you lose your virginity to someone, it changes your life forever, etc. I know all of that, but is it true with EVERY SINGLE relationship that if you have premarital sex, it'll drive you two apart and you'll eventually break up. How wrong is it to have sex in highschool (only with 1 person of course and you keep it between yourself.) my boyfriend and I have been going out for 7 months and I want to have sex with him eventually but I'm afraid it'll make us break up... why does that happen? like think back in the 1940's, if you got pregnant both of you would drop out of highschool and GET MARRIED...why cant it be like that these days?
probaby because there arnt any jobs that you can make a living off of without a highschool deploma. that and you would have no where to live because you have to have a constant payment source.

Well theres this new line of eye make up[[Instence eyes i think its by Alaba or something like that...]] it brings out brown eyes [[its eyeshadow,eyeliner,and mascara]] I would like to get it but are they expensive? and are they worth the money? and also where can i buy these?
they are 6.50 each, where I live. persionally i dont think that I would get all of it. I got the eyeliner in the same color by another, much cheeper brand, and then I want the eye shadow, but I am waiting for a cupon or sale! and i use my regular mascara

Okay so I have a little brother who's only 11 and ever since I started caring about what I wore and shopping and all that stuff like in the beginning of middle school he has too. Like when started shopping at Abercrombie & Hollister he started to also. I think that's cute and all but he cares a little too much because recently every time I get a new piece of clothing whether my parents bought it, I got it w/ my money, a giftcard, or even a garage sale he freaks out and says that I have so many clothes and bla bla bla. The problem is that he has convinced my parents not to get me any more clothes for a long time and I REALLY need them. How can I convince them that I really do need more clothes??
take them into your closet and point it out. say how would you like to have to wear the same outfit to work a week after you just wore it? comprimize between a tun and none! :)

i bought a really cute sweatshirt at aeropostale but when i tried on at home it was too small. i bought it at an outlet mall in st. augustine but i'm not there anymore. can i return it at a normal aeropostale store??
probably not because it was from an aero outlet. but if it was from a normal areo store then probably, that or exchange it. or maybe they will give you store credit. okay, i checked online. and it said that it was a normal aero store, from what i can tell. so you should be able to return it or exchange it. but they may give you store credit.

ok im 14/m and i like this 15/f. We have so much incommen and i think i might actually love her. The thing is we live about an hour or a little less away from each other. I met her through baseball.(her bro was on my team) And how can i tell her? my dad talkes to hers but, i cant just call because that would be oqward. and IMing would work because i dont have her sn.. What can i do?
WELL, you dont have to tell her right away. you could scedual a meeting ,with a group of people, meet at a local bowling alley, or mall or movie theater. then ask her for her screen name and talk to her online or ask her for her house or cell number, and give her yours to if she wants to chat. then hang out in a group for that a few times, then maybe the two of you can grab a bite to eat, or go bowling or to a movie or the mall or something.
Girls like myself, also get nervous and feel awquard. so being in a group, with some of her friends would be good too. maybe you and her brother and some of your guys' friends, then her and some of her friends.
I dont know if this is an option, but maybe you could tell her brother? and ask him for help?

well, when i was dehydrated, i threw up a lot, and it was just like yellowie stuff, it wasnt food or anything.
you get dehydrated when you dont get enough water.
A person's body is made up of, approximately, 75% water. An average person should drink at least 8 to 10, 8 ounce glasses of water per day. This needs to be good healthy water not polluted, bacteria or parasitic laden water. Your health depends on it.
Some Symptoms of dehydration or lack of water are:
Tired and wanting to sleep in the afternoon
Always hungry
Rough, dry skin
Sudden weight loss
Dry mucus membranes
Weak irregular rapid heart beat
Rough dry skin
Lack of energy, fatigue
Low blood pressure
Rapid and shallow breathing
Some Symptoms of long term dehydration or lack of water are:
Premature aging or wrinkled skin
Aches and pains.
Some Causes of Dehydration Symptoms are:
The use of Diuretics or other medications that cause loss of fluids.
Over exertion without the replenishing of fluids
Hot, dry or windy climate.
Consumption of Coffee, Soda Pop or Alcohol.
Chlorination, fluoridated, high TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) water. (See Salt Water below)
Salt Water - Do you know the main reason you shouldn't drink salt water from the oceans of the world? It's because it dehydrates you instead of hydrating you. R.O. (Reverse Osmosis) systems where designed to take the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids like Salts) from salt water and turn it into good drinking water for the sailors on board ships and submarines. It is widely used today to rid our water of harmful TDS and other elements harmful to our survival. It has been able to reduce harmful elements from 92 to 97 percent depending on the substance. Having pure water can greatly reduce the risk of symptoms of dehydration.
There is another major concern with our water that was never clearly seen until lately. Water has a dyne level, that is to say a level of viscosity which allows it to be absorbed into materials that would have the same or lower dyne level. Drink water before going to bed
Drink water first thing in the morning upon waking, even if you don't feel like getting up. Keep a glass of water by your bed.
Fill a pitcher that holds about 8 glasses of water and be sure and drink one everyday
Don't drink things that will dehydrate you like Pop and Coffee. (Yes I know this is a hard one but it's got to be done.)
Drink water before and after athletic events.

how much should i charge when i am babysitting?
i babysit 3 children ages, 9, 5, and 2 and i am 13 yrs old. i also babysit my cousins that are 4 and 1. how much i was thinking like 3$ an hr per kid but then i saw an episode of full house and DJ babysat and only charged 2.50 an hr and those shows are from like forever ago so now 3$ per hr per kid seems too low! help! i dont want to be rude to the kids parents and ask for too much *remember i am only 13*
$5 for one kid. then as the # of kids increases add 1 or 2$. depending on the age. For your cousins charge $7 per hour, because a 4yo and a 1yo are a lot of work. The for the other people, I would charge either $6 or $7 depending on the time of day and the number of hours you will be working!
If you ever need anything, just ask! I've been babysitting for around 4 years! :)

Dear Anna,
The Pap Smear or Pap Test is a little test that may be the most important development in women's health. It is a screening test for cancer of the cervix. Since its introduction, there has been a dramatic decline in deaths from the disease. In addition to detecting cancer and pre cancerous cells, the Pap test may also show evidence of vaginal infections such as yeast, or viral infections. The test is done by taking a scraping of the cells on the cervix and upper vaginal area. It is not painful, and takes about 5-10 seconds to do. With the speculum in place, the doctor can take sample cells from the cervix. This is called a Pap smear, and it's done to see if there's anything unusual about the cells in the cervix. It's a simple test that isn't much different from using a Q-tip.
For the Pap smear, the doctor lightly rubs or "scrapes" the surface of the cervix with a small flat spatula (kind of like a Popsicle stick). This cell sample is "smeared" onto a slide and sent to a lab. The test usually doesn't hurt and it only lasts a few seconds, but sometimes it might be a little uncomfortable or cause some cramps. Also, you might notice a little blood after you've had a Pap test, but this is normal.
Pap smears should be performed annually -- from age 18, or when a woman becomes sexually active -- whichever comes first. You can't be having your period when you get a Pap smear.
The doctor might do other tests, including cervical and vaginal cultures and a wet mount. Testing the pH (or acidity level) of vaginal fluid can be helpful in detecting infection. None of these tests should cause any pain or discomfort.
Getting Ready for the exam--Asking Questions
Shower or bathe on the morning of the pelvic exam. It's just good hygiene, and at least you won't be angst-ing about THAT.
If you use douches, DON'T use one at least 24 hours before a pelvic exam. It could mess up your Pap smear or make it hard to detect a vaginal infection.
If you get your period the day of the appointment - cancel it and reschedule it for a week or two. Or you could decide to go and just use the time to talk.
Write down the date of your last period. You should be keeping track of your menstrual cycle. (Check out the Beinggirl Period Calendar in About Me - it's a great tool for charting your period.) You could also write a list of any symptoms that are bothering you to bring to the exam.
Asking questions
A pelvic exam is a great opportunity to practice talking about your health. For generations, people never questioned doctors about procedures or medications. Dumb! So ask questions like your health depends on it - it does.
Before you go, make a list of questions to ask. Using the Glossary at this web site will help you to use the right words when asking your questions. You can also read the sections on Menstruation or Female Anatomy to get a clear picture of what's going on - and get clear on your questions or concerns.
You can ask your questions before the actual exam, when you're first meeting with the doctor, during the exam, or after. NEVER be afraid to ask questions. If you don't feel comfortable asking or if the doctor isn't answering your questions, you may want to change doctors. You want to be able to ask questions and feel that your doctor is really listening. With any doctor, you should ask what exams they will be doing, why, what the medications are for and what you can expect.
So here's a checklist of info and things you might want to bring to your pelvic exam:
The dates of your last period
The length of your periods and your cycle
A list of questions for the doctor and any issues you'd like to discuss
The names of any medications that you're taking. (Write down the name of the medication and the dose, or just put the bottle in your purse and show the doctor
You may have questions about S.T.D.'s (sexually transmitted diseases), birth control, or pregnancy. Your doctor can answer specific questions, and probably give you brochures and info on these topics. But you have to remember to ask, so write it down.

Missc here. My boyfriend, Jesse, and I, have been dating for...going on (7) months at the end of this month (July). Ahh, okay I know this is weird but um..Every time I shave "down there", it seems like I still have some stubble or w/e..Does anyone have any tips or something because this is starting to bug me..And please dont say waxing, Ive tried it, it hurts lol..Ill give you a 5 if you give me a good idea!
DONT SHAVE AGAINST THE HAIR! go with the direction the hair grows!! :) use a shaving cream or a shaving gel, and wet the desired area first with water!: )
