Homecoming Dance Help

Question Posted Monday July 25 2005, 1:00 pm

Hey you,
Missc here. My boyfriend, Jesse, and I, have been dating for...going on (7) months at the end of this month (July). Anyway, I know this is kinda early in the year to ask for advice, but I REALLY want to make this special! I want to ask my boyfriend to my homecoming (because he goes to a different school), but I don't know how and what I should do. I want it to be cute and something he will never forget.
Got any ideas that you could share?

Additional info, added Monday July 25 2005, 1:05 pm:
I think I might have an idea, but I want something to go along with it. My idea- I put roses as a trail to inside his house. The roses will lead to his family room and there I will be standing holding a box of chocolates. On each chocolate I will carve a letter til it spells out, "Will you go to the dance with me?" That is my idea. If you have any more ideas that could add on to mine. Or a completely different idea. PLEASE share!.

ok i like your roses idea but you may want to make them fake roses and also be holding a rose but let it be a real one. make sure nobody else is at his place when you do this though cuz it will ruin the moment. be wearing something sexy but NOT the dress your gonna wear to the dance. have the lights dimmed and if they don't do that then turn them off and light candles around the room.

every day for a week (seven days) send him a single rose. on the first rose have a card that says "WILL". The next day on the second rose have a card that says "YOU". The next day on the third rose have a card that says "GO". The next day on the fourth rose have a card that says "TO". The next day on the fifth rose have a card that says "HOMECOMING". The next day on the sixth rose have a card that says "WITH". Then on the seventh, and final rose, go to his house and deliver it yourself. On the rose (or on your shirt?) Have it say "ME".

maybe you could have the roses leading to the living room and he finds the chocolates and the chocolates say "surprise outside" and then he walks outside and you have christmas lights set up where the lights say 'homecoming dance?' or something like that....and then you are standing by the lights!

You don't want to be too serious when asking him out. Don't make it sound like a marrige proposal! It's just an invitation to a fun time, right> So make it sound that way.It should come easier to you that way as well.
Hope I helped
