I will be upfront and never hide the truth from you.The one thing I will not do is you homework. I will try and point you towards the answer or help you find the answers you looking for. Ultimately you will have to find the answer yourself.

Is there a place where you can get not just your spelling, but also your grammar checked either by a real person or a program? One that actually works would be nice. :) Thank you!
I typed "Grammar Checker" into my yahoo search engine. I received a number of returns. Most were for programs to downloaded or online programs. Most all had some fee associated with them though there was one or two free sites.
I suggest you try using your search engine to view the different programs available and select the one best for you.
syria is on the news every day but i couldn't find it on a map of the globe. :( i feel dumb can anyone help?
To find Syria find the continent of Africa. The Mediterranean sea borders the north of Africa. Look to the far east side of the Mediterranean sea. The eastern most potion of the Mediterranean sea makes up the West Coast of Syria, Lebanon & Israel. To the north and the largest land mass to the north bordering the sea is Turkey. The position of these countries are designated the middle east.
If you go to Bing maps and back out to a view of the world. Follow my instructions you should have no problem locating Syria.
I've been diagnosed I agree w/diagnosis but...... Recommended meds just aren't helping. Some do but most just give me all the worst side effects! I'm def bipolar (more on the depressive side) but struggling &growing desperate
This information helps a bit. Other information I wish you would have supplies would be: How long has it been since you were diagnosed? How long have you been on your current medication? What have you discussed with your doctor concerning your medications and their effectiveness & side effects?
The reasons for these questions are that psychotropic drugs take time to work. They are not like antibiotic drugs that start working immediately and you start feeling better in a day or two. Psychotropic drugs take time to build up in your system. Some drugs potency have to be built up over the course of several weeks before they reach an effective level. While others have to be increased over the course of several weeks to reach proper potency.
As I said in my first answer to you; each of these drugs have side effects. Every individual will react differently to them. Some side effects are short term, meaning they will subside as your body grows accustomed to them.
Not having the other information I asked about the best answer I can give you is this. Go back to your psychiatrist now. Explain how you are feeling and how you feel about the drugs not working. Take someone with you who you will allow to listen to the doctor as he or she explains to you about the different medications you may be on.
You have the right to know have any and all information concerning your treatment. You are your best advocate to obtain this information. With some doctors you have to ask for this information as they don't volunteer it.
My suggestion to have someone with you such as mom or dad, a sister or brother or someone else you trust is simple. You're bipolar, depending if you are more manic or more euphoric will decide how you perceive what the doctor tells you. Don't get upset with what I just wrote, it is the devil of the beast of this type of illness. You will need someone to repeat what the doctor tells you later on and in the days that follow.
For instance the doctor might say that he or she may want to give this medicine more time and why. The doctor might also say that he or she does see some changes and that the medicine is working it just needs more time. This is why a friend or family member has to hear what the doctor said because depression alters how we perceive things. I know because I too have suffered from depression, the clinical type.
What is important are the side effect and how they are effecting you. Here again your illness may hamper what you tell your doctor so write them down and be detailed. Give this information to whoever accompanies you to the doctor so he or she can make sure you cover them all.
IF after you have seen you current doctor and he or she refuses to change your meds. Talk with the person who went with you to see the doctor. If he or she agrees that the doctor is not doing enough for you. Then you can and should seek a second opinion from a different psychiatrist. Your insurance company is obligated to pay for second opinions. Medicine is not an exact science, another doctor may have a different treatment plan that may work better for you.
What is most important with this type of illness is you be trusting and comfortable with those who are treating you. If you are not comfortable with your doctor or therapist recovery is made hampered.
While your sessions with your doctor and therapist are confidential. You can wave confidentiality at any time if you feel there is something you want a third party to hear, such as I have recommended concerning the medications.
Please; you have to advocate for yourself so don't be afraid to ask questions of your doctor or therapist. You can also appoint someone as your advocate who will allow your doctors and therapists to speak with them concerning your treatment.
I started a new medication and I am just not feeling it anymore. :( Is there any way to get that drive, that desire back without going off the medicine that is probably keeping me alive?
The long and short of this problem is that certain lifesaving drugs have this type of side effect. My wife had early detected breast cancer she has for the last five years taken a drug that practically erases her estrogen. So of course her sex drive is nearly nil and she has a problem with dryness.
The dryness is overcome with a good lubricant. The libido is something we deal with as suggested by her oncologist. I'm not going to say what his suggestion was as different doctors have different ways of dealing with this situation.
Fact is you are an adult and this is something you should be able to discuss with your doctor in the privacy of his or her office. You’re not going to shock the doctor in anyway by saying you’re sexually active or that sex is an important part of your life. They have heard it before.
The goal of your doctor is to make you healthy and happy. If an active sex life is part of being happy the doctor will do all possible to give that to you. But you must speak with the doctor for he or she knows what works best with the medication you are taking and your illness. We do not and therefore should not be making any recommendations.
There's a weird school system where I live and we're writing our finals now. I used to be a good student- straight As and everything. But I've been dealing with depression for the past 4 years. I've somehow maintained fairly good grades so far anyhow.. but now my depression seems to have gotten worse and I can't bring myself to care for anything. I am sitting at the exam table and I don't care about writing the exam! I try to force myself to focus and give it my best shot but I can't bring myself to try to finish it. I just don't feel like eating, or talking or doing anything anymore and it's making it so difficult to study. And I am tired and exhausted all the time, and even if I try very hard, something just doesn't let me give my best. I know I can do better than this, and if it continues this way, I think I'm going to fail my finals. Even that doesn't bother me (I really can't care about anything anymore), but my parents have spent a lot of money on my education and it just wouldn't be right. Also, everyone is expecting me to do really well because I'm supposed to be a good student but I just don't have any drive anymore. But I'm really trying because I feel like it wouldn't be right to just give up. Also, I'm not in a position to get help for my depression at the moment, nor can I tell my teachers and parents about this. I'm really lost, I don't know what to do now.
If you've read all this, thank you so much! (: Please feel free to give me any advice that you think would help.
I am not a doctor so I cannot make a diagnosis of any kind. What I will tell you is that what you have written has hit half of the points in the questions the doctors would ask that would lead them to make the diagnoses of clinical depression.
Clinical depression is more of a hormonal problem than a mental illness. It is generally caused by the lack of one or two hormones that control mood. In many cases the person suffering from clinical depression is under so much stress the body cannot produce enough of these chemicals to deal with the stress. From what you have written this sounds more like you.
If you had a sore throat and need antibiotics, would you go to mom or dad to be taken to the doctor? Yes you would; well this is the same thing. You may be suffering from what is now called teenage depression, which is caused by all the stress placed upon teenagers. Back in ancient times of your grandparents this was looked at as a phase children went through and would pass. For the most part it did. Today doctors know better and they can help you. You do not need suffer. The treatment and the medication are covered under medical insurance.
You don't say why you cannot go to your parents with this or a teacher. This is exactly what parents and teachers are there for to see to it you are safe, healthy and happy. As a parent I can tell you our main responsibility in life is to our children. We brought you into this world and in legal terms until you are 18 we are legally responsible for your safety, health and well-being. For most parents this goes far beyond the legal.
There is nothing so horrible or embarrassing that you cannot go to any adult, your parents or teachers to get help from. In this instance you are sick just as if you had the flu or something else. Tell a teacher you need help, go to your parents for help. You can feel much better really soon if you do.
Anyone diagnosed or suffering with mental illness and simultaneously having problems with self medicating?
Mental problems can be serious and be diagnosed by a Board Certified Psychiatrist and medication supplied and monitored by that doctor. This is not the type of illness that one can self-medicate for.
First: The psychotropic drugs required to control the many mental illnesses are not available over the counter. There is a large number of drugs doctors use to control these problems either separately or in conjunction with other medications.
Second: Each medication interacts differently with other medications and some should not be taken together. All of these medications have side effects. Each of us will react differently to these medications and a skilled psychiatrist is needed to put together the right combination of medications not only to control the disorder but to minimize any side-effects you may encounter.
What is important is that be properly diagnosed and medicated. That you take your medication properly and on time each day. Psychotropic drugs are not like antibiotics which get into your blood stream and start attacking the problem. They need time to build up in your system, and then they need to be maintained at a certain level in order to do their job. This is why once the doctor has you on a proper drug regiment you need to take the medication on time every day as instructed by the doctor; even though you are feeling better. For if you stop taking the medication the value of the medication in you demises’ and you relapse.
My advice is to see a Board Certified Psychiatrist and be properly diagnosed to be sure you have a mental illness. Then allow the doctor to regulate you on a medication regiment. Once regimented stay on your medications; continue to see you doctor on whatever schedule of appointments the doctor sets as therapy plus medication is required for a cure.

I have this talking problem I talk way too fast and my words stuble over each other how can I stop this?
This could be a speech problem or you just get so excited about what you want to say you talk to fast. You can try slowing down how you talk with others by pausing and taking a deep before you start to speak. Doing so will help calm you down and should help slow down a bit.
If this does not work and you are still in high school; Go to the guidance office and ask to speak to the speech therapist. You can also ask one of your teachers for a referral to the speech therapist. If you are in college you can also go to your course advisor and ask for the help of a speech therapist as well as the student medical center.
If none of the above go see your family doctor. Your family doctor can refer you to a speech therapist.
The power was out here for almost a week and I want to get a generator for my house, but I used this calculator that tells you how big of a generator you need for your home and it says to be safe I need 20KW! Ok, so I go to the store and all the ones they have are 5KW or 6.5KW! Where do you even FIND one that size? If you know anything else helpful about generators please feel free to share!
You generally do not find that size generator in a portable generator. This size is usually the type that is mounted somewhere in the yard and fed of a propane tank. The one you are looking at is not much smaller than the one we have at the fire station and it runs only our basic needs. Such as the bay heaters, the bay doors, the radio room, some electrical outlets for our dispatch printer and the kitchen. During the summer we do without A/C as the generator is too small. In the winter we need heat not for our comfort but to keep the water in the Engine tanks from freezing.
I suggest you recalculate what your basic needs are. You need heat; you need to run the refrigerator and some lighting. If the power is out then the cable system may also be out. If so do you really need power for the TV’s? If you do have a working Cable system can you get by with just one or two TV’s? Is the stove electric? If so then that may need to be count the stove in.
Once you figure out what your basic needs are you may find you can get by with a much smaller generator. Most power outages do not last week or more. When they do all we really need is heat, hot water, food storage, some basic lighting and possibly the stove.
Should you want to go with the whole 20KW you will need to call an electrician to install it as a sub-panel is required to switch from power company feed to generator feed. This can only be done by a qualified electrician. This may be a requirement of the fire department or it may be a state or county requirement. Our generator is inspected annually to insure it is working properly. If this is a state or county requirement this is something you should check into as it adds to your operating cost.
Can you get a loan from a bank while you are still in school? I have an idea for a business, but I would need quite a bit of money to get it off the ground. I am a girl so I don't really know anything about banks except that is where you get money LOL!
If the bank believes you have a solid idea backed up by a solid business plan they might be willing to invest in your business. By investing I mean making you a loan. They would most likely require a parent or guardian to make the loan to as if your under 18 you legally cannot sign any contracts. If your over 18 they would probably want a parent, guardian or other qualified person to co-sign so as to be assured the load can be repaid.
I suggest you go for it. You haven't given your age so I have no idea if you are in high school or college. Regardless of which you are going to need help in putting together a business plan to take to the back. Ask your guidance counselor for help finding a teacher/instructor who would be willing to assist you in writing your business plan. Who knows it might even be worth extra credit towards graduation.
I just got engaged and I am scared about the whole church wedding thing! Is there any way to have a wedding without religious overtones, or is that the only way you can get married?
My wife and I were married by A Circuit Court Judge in his chambers. His comment as he enter was; "I'm on a roll two life sentences in a row." we assumed that meant the person in his court room before us was just sentenced to life in prison.
In any case the requirements for a civil ceremony differ from state to state. Check with the clerk at the license bureau as to what is required in your state. In many states the officiate can get an online degree, and then register with the state, most all of which is a monetary transaction. Once this is done that person can officiate at any wedding. If this is possible in your state you could get a good friend or even your parents as the officiate at your wedding.
If the above is not possible; you could be married by the Clerk of the courts before the wedding reception. At the reception hall you could stage a faux ceremony for friends and family to attend.
Congratulations and good luck
What can I say except I feel weird? Sometimes my heart feels like it is going to beat out of my chest and other times it is fine. Can a young person even have a heart attack at all? Please tell me what you know because I am scared of dying. Please?
Yes a young person can have a heart attack. In this case, based on what you have written it sounds more like an anxiety attack. Since you appear to be having them frequently you should see your doctor about them. There is medication the doctor can give you to lessen these attacks. The doctor may also recommend talk therapy with a clinical psychologist to get at the root cause of what is causing these attacks. This would be a good idea.
Anxiety attacks are not normal and can have a bad effect on your overall effect. See your doctor as soon as possible and follow the doctors instructions. While there ask to be screened for depression. I don't think you are but anxiety attacks are one symptom of is anxiety depression. IF you are already at the doctors why waste the trip, let the doctor check this out as well. It is a painless test consisting of a bunch of questions the doctor will ask you. From your answers the doctor can determine if you are or tending towards depression.
okay so im a virgin and my bf isn't.... I want to have sex with him but I don't know what to do.... I am not scared im very excited.... I just need tips on what to do? any advice please???????!???!!???!!!!??? (im 19 btw)
The best thing to do is to tell your boyfriend you’re a virgin. The reasons for this are two.
First and foremost you want him to be gentle and to make this special for you. If he is of your same age he is most likely not all that skilled himself and sex is somewhat of wham bam affair.
Second; be he your first and only sexual partner or the first of a few. In order to have a good relationship with anyone communication is important. Communication in a sexual relationship is also important for sex to successful for both of you. You both need to communicate your sexual needs to each other. At this point for you, your need is to be gently taken into the world of adult sex. Later once you are comfortable having him inside you. You can them explore different avenues of sexual needs but this takes being open with each other as to your preferences and desires.
IF you do this both in and out of bed you will have a successful relationship. Most relationships fail because they are built on poor foundations. If you build a relationship strictly on chemistry sexual needs. One day you’re going to wake up and find you have nothing in common and the relationship flounders.
Before you have sex with him you should see your doctor and be on the contraceptive pill and wait until it is affective. You're and adult know you do not need parental permission.
Your doctor will tell you when the pill has taken effect. Also NEVER have sex with anyone unless he wears a condom. This not only provides extra protection against pregnancy but provides protect against the transmission of many STDS and the HIV/AIDS virus. Remember when you have unprotect sex with someone you are having sex with everyone he has had unprotected sex within the past. IF he will not wear a condom for you then he does not have the proper respect for you and you should not have se with him.
When I was your age the girls had a saying; "No rubber, no lover." It was just that simple. No condom they kept their legs closed.
I hope your first sexual experience is everything you hoped it to be.
I lost 5000 dirhams in Dubai mall inside the food court.....near the play area at the entrance....the police not much help actually.....can't sleep.....want it back badly :( no advices please just help!!!
I wish I had I good answer for you as that is quite a large sum of money to lose. Unfortunately when you lose cash it is generally lost forever unless some good Samaritan were to turn it into the proper authorities. This is the best you can hope for.
Ok, so don't laugh please? I have always been small chested with only a B and I feel ugly because other girls have larger breasts than me. Are there any drawbacks to going and getting breast implants? Things I need to know before I go for the appointment? Anything? I want them, but I am scared of surgery at the same time. :(
You did not give your age so the first thing you need to know is. That at the very earliest a surgeon will consider implant surgery is after you have reach 18 years of age and some doctors may want you to wait until you are 21.
The first question you might want to ask your surgeon is:
Will you be able to breast feed you children? Since the least expensive of the surgeries for implantation the doctors open the nipple and push the implant in from behind the nipple. This may preclude you ever Breast Feeding. It may also reduce the sensitivity in your nipples.
The next question how big should you be? The doctor will in many instances will make you as big as you want. The doctor will also recommend a size that is proportional to your frame. If you go to big people will know you have been enhanced as it will show.
For a good result, meaning there is no evidence you have been enhanced you want the implant placed behind the muscle. This is the most expensive of the surgeries but worth the cost. My wife had a mastectomy with reconstructive surgery. The plastic surgeon placed the implant behind the muscle.
Now I know which breast is real and which is the rebuilt one and I honestly cannot tell by feel or by looking which one is which. In fact all of our doctors are amazed at how real her breast looks and have to be reminded which one is the rebuilt one. Fortunately the insurance company picked up the tab for my wife's plastic surgery as the cost for the reconstructed breast and enhancing of the other one was just over $20,000. Though worth every penny.
There is pain involved as your skin is going to be stretched and you are going to have added wait on your chest you are not use to. This subsides after a week or so as you get use to the weight and the surgical pain subsides.
All surgeries come with risks. There are risks of infection, scaring and unknown allergies you might have.
The drawbacks to the surgery are in what I have written above. Though put succinctly, you get what you pay for. Breast reduction surgeries can be had for around $4,000 and up to $20,000. The more you pay the better the outcome.
One thing that is extremely important is to find a Board Certified Surgeon in Plastic Surgery. Any doctor can preform Surgery or Plastic Surgery if they had a rotation in those areas during their residency. By having Board certification means they went on and spent a year in a Fellowship learning the techniques of Plastic surgery and passing the exams to become Board Certified.
Could you tell me if it is legal to find our from a doctors exam, if my daughter is still a virgin? We live in Wisconsin and unsure if there is a a legal way to find out.
If your daughter is over the age of 14 federal law give her total medical confidentiality over her reproductive system. By law no doctor can or will share that portion of her medical information with you.
Mother can no longer be in the exam room with their daughter during a female examination. Parents cannot force any medical exam or procedures on their daughters related to their reproductive systems once they reaches age 14. This is federal law.
It may seem as if the government is promoting promiscuity; they are not. This law insures that young adults have access to proper medical care for their reproductive system, especially in situations they may be too embarrassed to talk with their parents about.
Just for your knowledge. The only thing a doctor could tell you if they were allowed to, which they are not is if your daughters Hymen is intact. Todays active teenagers can rupture or tear there Hymen and still be virgins. Tampon usage by teenage girls, masturbation and fingering by boys rupture many young ladies Hymens. As does vigorous sports and gymnastic activities.
Todays definition of a female virgin is: Someone who vagina has not been penetrated by a male penis. This is something a doctor could not know by examination. The ultimate answer to your question is; even if it were legal for a doctor to examine your daughter at your request. The doctor could not give you a definitive answer to your question.

The guy I'm talking to is 22. We've gone on a few dates and he kissed me on our last date.
We went on another date today and things went really well and after we ate, we watched movies at his place. Well after awhile we ended up making out and it escalated. I stopped before we went too far because I'm not ready to mess around. He was cool with it. That was one thing that bothered me but since he didn't pressure me or anything, it was fine.
Besides that, he compliments me and talks about his family, work, ect. So he seems to actually be into me.
The thing is, I'm never good at telling when someone is just seeing me to get in my pants or to genuinely get to know me. I've had some bad experiences so I want advice before I jump in. So what do you think?
Some other information is that we do text a lot. After tonight he texted me and told me he respects my decision and all that. He told me he wants to date and see if it can go long term and that he can see that with me. Then he asked me to be his girlfriend. Is that weird or normal? It threw me off. I just told him eventually yeah, we'll see where it takes us or something like that. Now my first thought was that he wants to be with me because I told him I don't mess around with someone who I'm not in a relationship with. But he told me it makes him like me more since I have self respect or something.
Honestly, I might be over thinking all this but he seems really nice and I'm really starting to like him. I'm just paranoid. Probably because of my past but I won't get into it. I am getting professional help for some pieces of it though.
Also, I just want to know if it's normal for guys to move that fast with a potential girlfriend? Like obviously I'll see it on TV shows. But we barely know each other so is it weird or is it just me?
Pretty much any advice on relationships would be awesome. Or any experiences that you've had. Thank you and sorry that it was long!
There are some nice guys out there. They are a rare species in today’s world and if you have found one, which it sounds like you have, then he may be a keeper.
In any relationship communications is the key to success. Even if he is a nice guy, whom I believe he may be, sex is a big part of a relationship in today’s world. Sexual attraction is what brings us together. What keeps us together is not sex. If sex is the foundation of a relationship you are building on quicksand for one day you wake up and find you need to talk to each other and have nothing in common.
It appears you two have started to communicate with each other. This may be someone you can let your guard down with and tell him why you are reluctant to jump into things with him. Especially why sex is something that is going to have wait until you are more comfortable. If that means telling him about past relationships where once the guy got in your pants he was gone. Then I recommend you do so.
Nice guys will understand and I'm sure you are well aware of ways to satisfy his needs without actually having sex. When you become more comfortable with him you might offer or make your way to satisfying him in that manner.
What you see on TV is fantasy and not reality. Though sometimes Reality does mimic fantasy. I will be married 43 years come July. My wife and I were married six months after we met. Most of our friends said our marriage would fail. Funny thing only couples we knew back then are married to the same people they were married to when we knew them 43 years ago.
So the answer to your question is: Yes there is such a thing as love at first sight. I knew the moment I met my wife she was the girl for me. So we are living proof of that statement.
So me and my boyfriend are in a ldr and I've never had an orgasm. I'm 22 and he's 23. He told me to go to a adult store with a giftcard he won and buy myself two different vibes. So I did and tried one alone in my apartment. I had my first O. it was so intense I screamed and my whole body convulsed like a mini seizure. It was so scary I didn't like it. I prefer just getting to the point where I'm relaxed and feel like I have to pee and then stopping and having sex with no O. It was too intense and scared me. I don't think I ever want to feel that again. So now I just vibe to where I'm comfy and no further. Help? I want to O without screaming. I don't want it that intense. Intense but not that intense and my **** burned after. Again help? Advice?
Wow, you did have the big one. Count yourself among the lucky ones. The women who are lucky enough to have an orgasm at all do not normally get to have the big one. Most males are not skillful enough to bring their partner to that place. If you find someone who is then you have found not only a skillful lover but one who is interested in more than just his own pleasure.
I suspect part of what scared you was not knowing what to expect and then having such an intense orgasm is the real problem. Having sex and not having an orgasm will become less and less satisfying as you will not have the release you need that sex brings and not just the sexual release. Just as intense as the orgasm is, now that you have had one, is almost as intense as the body relaxing afterwards. Its a total relaxation that cannot be had any other way. It may not last long but for the time it does it is absolutely terrific.
Know that you have had an orgasm the next one won't be so scary. Having one with a live partner probably won't be as intense unless he is extremely skilled or you are both comfortable enough with each other to communicate you sexual needs to each other.
As for the burning sensation afterwards? You probably did not use a lubricant or enough lubricant with the vibrator is one thought. The other though is more of a question. Most vibrators are covered in latex. Is it possible you are allergic to latex?
If you’re not sure of an answer. If you used a lubricant and plenty of it then I would suggest being tested. Not just for using your vibrators. It is important to know if you have an allergy to Latex if you are ever hospitalized for any reason. Doctors need to know this as latex products are widely used in hospitals.
What would be a good first job for a 16 year old male?
Since in most states you cannot serve alcohol until you are at least 18 waiting tables is out. This leaves working in retail establishments such as sporting goods stores as a stock boy or cashier. The local supermarkets are good places to apply to as they are big on part-time help. Then of course they are the fast food restaurants.
Simmer jobs that pay well would include; camp counselors, lawn care companies, pool attendants, golf caddie and other outdoor activities. The time to apply for some of these jobs would be in the next month or so as they want to have their summer help trained and ready by Memorial Day weekend. Yes you would be expected to work that weekend all the way through to Labor Day weekend.
i've suffered anxiety like this for a while, but it's been gone for a year and i think it may be coming back.. or i actually have a health problem. usually, (with my anxiety), when i feel an ache or pain i google it and psyche myself out. i am a hypochondriac, (or at least i used to be), and idk if i'm forming it again. I've been feeling great pressure in my chest (i'm 18 years old so i have no idea if a heart condition should be a concern), and i keep belching. the belching relieves the pressure for a minute and then it all comes back. i can feel the air or "pressure" release for a few seconds when i belch. yesterday, i made myself vomit because i was nauseous. does that have to do with this? i read a lot about this belching sensation with pressure having to do with acid reflex but i'm unsure. i am scared that this is something serious and i'm just "assuming" it is anxiety. but on the other hand, if it was thattt serious wouldn't i not have the energy to worry or go on advicenators? help me!
Wow, if you are going to Google every ache and pain you’re going to drive yourself nuts and make yourself sick. If you are not already a hypochondriac you will be. We are not doctors we cannot tell you what these aches and pains are only a doctor can do that for you. I will tell you this though if you run to your doctor for every ache and pain the doctor will label you a hypochondriac and treat you as such; this is bad for you.
Chest pains can be a symptom of a heart condition. Most of the time they are just what they appear to be; muscular chest pain. If belching stops the pain then you most probably have a gas problem that gets under your chest and causes the pain. This is not generally related to a heart condition though it might be a symptom. The anxiety you suffer causes chest pain.
Medicine is still just a science and not an exact science at that. Between your hypochondria and anxiety I would guess your symptoms are more psychosomatic than actual symptoms. The only one who can tell you for certain is your doctor.
