problem: I talk way too fast and my words stuble over each other

I have this talking problem I talk way too fast and my words stuble over each other how can I stop this?

This could be a speech problem or you just get so excited about what you want to say you talk to fast. You can try slowing down how you talk with others by pausing and taking a deep before you start to speak. Doing so will help calm you down and should help slow down a bit.

If this does not work and you are still in high school; Go to the guidance office and ask to speak to the speech therapist. You can also ask one of your teachers for a referral to the speech therapist. If you are in college you can also go to your course advisor and ask for the help of a speech therapist as well as the student medical center.

If none of the above go see your family doctor. Your family doctor can refer you to a speech therapist.
