Is going to sleep at 3:00 am to 3:00 pm unhealty?
I have been sleeping in that late for the whole summer,my sisters think its veeeerrrrry unhealty to do that, but they dont give me any reasons why it is unhealty.

Its not unhealthy unless you do it everyday for the rest of the year, etc. You're a teenager trying to enjoy summer- so just enjoy it while it lasts. It might make your sisters feel better if you got up closer to 11:00 am or noon.

How can I get taller?
Any foods in SPECIFIC I can eat to help a little?


To the best of my knowledge, specific foods won't increase your height just by eating them.

Can anyone tell me what love is like? Decribe it to me please.

Lostbutfound is exactly right. I can't say that I've been in love, but I do love my family and friends. That is a totally different kind of love, but I'm assuming that you can't say that you love someone until you're engaged and about to be married, but as the world is today.. even that doesn't mean you love someone- if you end up getting a divorce or whatnot. I guess when you're in love, you'll know it, but I'm sure a few poems about love could try to help explain how one feels when they are in love:

Hey im in a dilemma lol

Tomorrow is my graduation. I just happened to like a boy today. Im not going to the same high school as him anymore and hes moving out of this area. I really like him and if i spend more time with him this summer, im just going to get more attached and it would be harder for me to let go. What should i do?

Either way, he's going to leave. I suggest that you spend time with him, just enough to the point that you'll feel like you're giving him a nice goodbye, but not too much to where you feel like you're becoming too attached. I would say that maybe once or twice a week would be sufficient.

So ive been with this amazing guy for almost 5 months. Our 5th month together, I'm going to go on vacation but when .. I come back he's going to make it up to me.

I put a video on youtube of me dancing, but i took it off. A ton of people saw it- and this one guy told a bunch of people that it was a video of me STRIPPIPNG! Then this one girl who was told that told EVERYONE else! Now everyone in my dance studio thinks i'm some stripper whore.


What can I do about this? i feel terrible and guilty. and i'm not even a stripper!

As I see it, you have two options:

1. You can ignore what people are saying, and don't let it get to you. If people see that their nasty comments don't bother you, they won't say anything much longer. Trust me. People stopped making up rumors about me after they realized it didn't bother me anymore.

OR

2. You can set people straight and tell them that it was just of you dancing. You could also go straight to the source and tell the guy that he's lying. Maybe he didn't even know that he was hurting you. But, he probably did, and he needs to be told that he was wrong, regardless. Set the record straight, and tell him not to mess with you.

i know i probably have this in the wrong catagory, but if you shave...down there, and then go in for a physical, and the doctor checks there, are they going to say anything? i dont have it fully shaved, just a little bit. and what if my mother insists on coming in, because of course theres no such thing as privacy. i dont want to play 20 questions and have the sex talk with my mother and doctor. akwardd.

The doctor won't have a problem with it, as they just view that area as a part of the body. They aren't going to judge. As for your mom, I believe it is your choice if she stays in the room with you during your physical. So, just ask that she stays out. Say that you're embarrassed or something.

Okay, so. When it comes to my friends i'm really outgoing & not shy at all. But when I'm around new people I'm VERY shy and VERY quiet. But, I love acting. I do it with my family, we make videos, etc. And I love it. But I've been hesitating on ever trying out for any plays or anything because I know i'd blow it when I'd have to audition, due to my whole being really shy thing. My question is if anyone can give me any advice on how to get over being so nervous & shy all the time? I'd really hate to miss out on something that could be great for me because I can't get over being shy. :] Help, please. Any advice is appreciated. Thankyou.

Don't be afraid of what people think of you. Trust me, if you let that get to you, like I do sometimes, it is horrible. I auditioned for the school play this past fall, and I was a freshman so I didn't know anyone, and I was really nervous and shy. I told myself that if I let that get to me, I would never get a part. So, I was myself, and I appeared confident, and I got a part!
So, my point is, if you just let it go for your audition, you'll be fine. I hope that helps!

F/15/going into the 10th grade

my boyfriend is M/18/just graduated high school.

My parents don't know about my boyfriend. He and I talk every night, though. It's not like they don't know I'm on the phone, I've just never told them who it was on the other end. We always talk after nine, because that's when my free minutes start-- so 1) Will his number [because it's long distance] show up on the phone bill, even though it was a 'free' call? Because he and I talk A LONG TIME almost every night.

He and I both have unlimited texting, so we text alot-- 2)do the numbers you text show up on your phone bill?

3) He lives in Miami, five or so hours south of me-- and he's around three years older than me. The age difference doesn't bother me because we make a joke out of it-- but we've had phone sex before, never real sex, though. He just says it's because it's he's a guy and just likes it, but it still sortof bothers me. I'm never into it, but because it means so much to him, I pretend to be. It's not like we do often or that's why we talk so much every night, but still- it sortof makes me wonder I'm being used.

Sorry, this is long. I tried to sum it all up, answers are appreciated.

1.) His number will show up on the phone bill, and it might catch your parents' eyes if you're talking for hours at a time. It doesn't cost you anything, but it might raise a red flag.

2.) The numbers usually don't show up on the phone bill, especially if you have unlimited or any type of plan. I know for a fact that Verizon doesn't do this, but I'm not sure about your carrier.

3.) I think he is sort of using you. Yes, he's a horny 18 year old guy. If you're not into it, then its another red flag. Let him know you're not, and if he gets mad.. he's probably not right for you.

I have no morals! None! Like you know how you're supposed to stand for all these things - I dont! Start small. When you know you're doing or you have done something wrong, self-correct yourself. If you continue to do this, you'll eventually be able to not do those bad things.

Example:
If someone asks you if you stole something, and you are about to answer them, think. Did I steal something? If you did, just be honest. Yes, you'll be judged or whatever, but at least you're being honest. Then, return whatever you stole.

You have to do everything without us, but you can have family members or friends help you out. Just ask them for any help, and they will be happy to assist. They want the best for you!

Im 16 and my dad died when i was 8 and my mom recently got married to a guy who used to be in the army. I have two sister and now i have 3 step brothers.
