How can I get taller?
Any foods in SPECIFIC I can eat to help a little?

hey. well, i only know one thing that will work, which will probably get me a bad rating, but whatever.

anyways, orange juice is supposed to, i've never tried it, becuase i wanna be short, not tall, but people have told me they drink orange juice to get taller.

also, milk, but if you knew what was in milk, you wouldnb't drink it. haha.

There is no factual way to get taller. Milk, and veggies will help a little. But not a noticable amount. Your height depends on your genetics. Your body has a plan for you, and it's hard to change that. If you want to look taller you should try skinny jeans (jeans that cut off at the ankle) and maybe some heals. Good luck! :)

To the best of my knowledge, specific foods won't increase your height just by eating them.

Check it out, and I guess you have to be the judge if its legit.

Maybe eating a healthy and balanced diet could help you maintain the height you're supposed to reach naturally.
