anyways, orange juice is supposed to, i've never tried it, becuase i wanna be short, not tall, but people have told me they drink orange juice to get taller.
Mollysie answered Monday June 25 2007, 9:48 pm: There is no factual way to get taller. Milk, and veggies will help a little. But not a noticable amount. Your height depends on your genetics. Your body has a plan for you, and it's hard to change that. If you want to look taller you should try skinny jeans (jeans that cut off at the ankle) and maybe some heals. Good luck! :)

Maybe eating a healthy and balanced diet could help you maintain the height you're supposed to reach naturally.
