ok my boyfriend is really shy. Like we go to the school breakfast (well i meet him there with my friend) but he doesnt sit with me. I have to go over to his table and sit with him. Also, he doesn't call me and when i call him, we don't have even a 6 minute conversation. He's really shy but i kno he likes me a lot and im not so sure we're ever going to kiss..:( how could i make it so he isnt so shy? Thanks bub byezz

you just gotta be paitient with those shy guys. having one myself i get all the "why in the world are you still with him" stuff when really, they make the best bfs. he's just gonna have to get comfortable...i know how frustrating it can be, even my mom gives me grief. just waittt. hope this helps!

well are you guys technically "together"? if your just friends or friends with benefits, he doesnt have to call you back or stay by you 24/7. if hes your bf then he should at least call you back and thats about as much as you can ask for. theres nothing you can do. time will tell if this is meant to be.

Okay, I'm 13, weigh about 160, and am about 5'1". I have a flabby tummy and legs and I'd really like to get rid of this as fast as possible!!! Can someone either give me a list or show me to a website that has a list of foods that are healthy for me and would help me lose weight? I know about fruits and veggies, but what about other snacks? I've heard pretzels are ok, but what else? Oh, and what are some good streches and exercises? Thank you guys so much!!!!

dont focus on how fast, it will make matters worse. go at a 2 pounds per week pace and dont get down on yourself if you dont lose it right away. dont snack on regular snack foods. try having veggies or chewy bars (limit 2 per day). dont eat french fries or burgers. by the way, all foods are "ok" with MODERATION. not too much!! try regular crunches, pushups, situps and running a bit or an aerobic workout like tae bo. slowly increase the amount of each that you do. to start, try 20 of each and running 0.5 mile.

Well this guy I have liked for a while seemed like he liked me to, but all that time he had a girlfriend. Now after getting my heart broken and crying, I want to meet new guys or somehow get him to like me again. is there any way to make your boobs look bigger like when im wearing a cami? like pushup bras, but those dont really help me that much.. any good advice?

i know your gonna hate me for itbut just be happy with it. i know someone who hates her big boobs b/c shirts dont fit her right. but if you still want to look bigger, padded bras, underwire (i think that helps) and you could go for the ultra daring and wear shoulder pads in there.

i just bought a fairly tight-fitting dress for prom. i like it, but it shows a few bulges i dont want it to. is there any kind of workout that can burn some fat off my butt and stomach? are there any special foods that i should eat/not eat that can help? is there anyway to make the butt and stomach fat less noticable? thanks so much. i rate high for good answers.

wow most of my guy friends wont even tak around my family. then there are some that act like that to my mom...gross i know. just tell them that they can say whatever as long as no family members are around. simple as that. oh, and i wouldnt go into too much detail.

tell your friend what really happened...text or call her, tell her online ..ANYTHING! guys will do that and it seems like theres nothing you can do to get rid of them. dont try doing anything stupid...trust me, it will usually confuse them and theyll end up thinkin you like them.
an idea to tell you friend is send an email ike it was to someone else but "accidently" send it to your friend telling someone bout how the guy was hitting on you and you didnt wanna hurt your friend or somthing or ask the person what you should do and make it seem all good. if you need a better exp. let me know.
