here are some things that you can bring up when you're staring at a girl, not knowing what to say.
1. Find a TV show/movie you two like and rehash the great parts
2. Ask her for a homework assignment
3. Crack a joke
4. If you semi-know her, phone her up and ask her out on a date
5. If you've never talked to her, walk up to her after class and be friendly.
