dress i just bought a fairly tight-fitting dress for prom. i like it, but it shows a few bulges i dont want it to. is there any kind of workout that can burn some fat off my butt and stomach? are there any special foods that i should eat/not eat that can help? is there anyway to make the butt and stomach fat less noticable? thanks so much. i rate high for good answers.

don't worry about what you eat i don't and i look like i weigh 85 lbs but i really weigh 100lbs b/c all of my musle ]
just dont eat anything but fruit and veggies and drink nothing but water and diet soda for a few weeks.do sit ups and cruches and run or use a tredmill. no matter what dont give up on your work out. hope i helped ]
Just start doing about 50 crunches a day, then in a few, increase to 75, then in a few more days, to 100 and so on. Your stomach should start looking less fatty and more toned. You could also start running each day, its great exercise and can help trim ur legs. Dont eat too many sweets and dont drink much soda. Do eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. well if you are lazy like me and dont care for working out (i used to be into that stuff) try wearing shapewear under the dress. i saw it in the seventeen prom issue by the way. <3 ]
Big butts are good!
Avoid starch, because it gives a less defined look. In about two weeks with no starch, it will give you more definition. You also need to work out your butt/ab muscles.
Avoiding grain helps with the fat...grain digests very slow. White bread and potatoes turn into sugar when they come into contact with your saliva.
Try to eat two eggs a day...they have great Omega 3s!
Also try to get a daily dose of protein through fish or kale. ]
