Hi- Ever since I got my first period almost three years ago I've had a strange depository in my underwear. Im 15 and a female and I don't think that it's a yeast infection because the depository is not "clumps" or "chunks" nor is my vagina itchy, the depository is a white gooey liquid that I always see. thats about average, really. if you did a 3 mile workout b4 that then thats awesome. i ran the mile in 7:33 in a race and i stopped and it wasnt great but good for me and my abilities. when we ran and then did timed miles, i ran a 11:15 which i almost got in trouble for. pretty much anything under 9-10 minutes is good but it does depend on the sport. good job!

my hair is pretty straight and i want to have curly hair like the mary kate and ashley ( not permanently though ) so what can i do to make it curly.. i dont have a hot iron curler thing so im not gonna go and buy one.. any tips? \

if you just want simple waves, you can try braiding it in THICK long braids starting from your ear down after you shower at night. in the morning, take them out and see the waves. you should put hairspray on to keep them there but they should be there all day if they were in all night.oh, and dont brush after you pull out the braids! hope this helps!

okay this is gonna sound gross but i need help. a few days ago i had a sore throat and my stomach hurt (like cramps) yesterday the sore throat was gone but my stomach was worse, like cramps and dizziness sorta. lastnight i kept waking up with diarrhea. i know its gross and all. but like whenever i started to wipe there was a little blood. now this morning i went to the bathroom (just number one) but there was blood. and now in my underwear there is a little blood. am i starting my period or is it because i was sick??? thanks in advance for anyone who tries to help. just only answer if you think you REALLY know. well it could just be that youve been going to the bathroom so often that you bled? the only way to find is well, to stick your finger slightly up there and see if that where its comming from. or when you use toilet paper, look and see where its comming from. hope that helps!!

well wear some really cute jeans that are comfortable as well as extremely flattering and forever 21 has polos (they cost about the same at aero fyi). actually i wore a tank top (like a cami) with a frilly chest part under a polo and it was good. just find something youd wear for more than one day. hair...well you could put some waves in it but practice before the actual day so you dont have a tragic first day or put it up in a cute bun. hope you have a great 1st day!

Sometime this year i am planning to buy either an mp3 player or an ipod. I was wondering what people thought was better, an mp3 player or an ipod.

well usually you can get more storage on a regular mp3 player than you can on an ipod. basically more for your money. ipods are for people you "buy for the label" b/c everyone has one. i have a dell dj. it holds 20 GB for the price of a 4GB ipod. also i like some of the features it has (scrolling bar, calendar, etc.) but its totally up to you.

well if your nervous to share your body with him, your not "ready" know what i mean? same goes for people that cant talk to their partners about getting tested...if you cant openly talk about these things, your not ready to do the deed. thats just my opinion. you will be nervous especially if your not ready, keep that in mind. theres no rush and you can do other things besides sex to show that you love each other. hope it all works out for you!!

hey its ok to have doubts, all christians do. you really have to believe in it and that it can help you. as for depression, get something that helps you. for some its giving advice or helping people so its a good start. dont worry, relationships with god are never perfect/smooth. were human. any more questions let me know!

Hey, I’m usually the one giving advice. I don’t need advice. I just have a question and I want to know your opinion. This question is for deep thinkers. Long answers are encouraged as well as comical ones.

I’ve seen quite a lot of “love” questions, asked by adolescences. What would you call "true love"? Many people have been saying “I have a boyfriend and I REALY love him” and “she said that he loves me” or things like that. I’ve seen these questions being asked by 13 year olds! Teens DO have deep affections for people, but I really don’t think that they are capable of TRUE love. How can there be love if teen relationships only last 2 months or even 2 years! 2 years is quite long for a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, but shouldn’t love last a LIFETIME? I agree that teens think that they are in love (I’ve been there) but I wouldn’t call that love. I would call it more like, “deep affection”. After all, if love between teens is really “love” then they shouldn’t break up, right? I think that teens are too young and “unexposed” to have TRUE LOVE. Even adults. They mistakenly call their relationships “love”. If it was actually love, then shouldn’t there be less or no divorces?

i agree with the fact that its not love. its something they would like to call love because "like" seems like too simple of a word to express themselves. i have more on this but i must go, ill edit it later b/c i like this type of question

I know this is probably gross, but I have a serious question. My period is usually extremely heavy, soo bad that I use a SUPER PLUS tampon AND a long, overnight pad. And within an hour - hour and a half, it's everywhere (even going off the pad.) It's usually like that for 4-5 days. I hate going to school because I am constantly paranoid and worried that I'm leaking. Well I finally went to the gynecologist, and they got me on the pill. (I can't start it till the Sunday AFTER my period starts..which is already 2 months late.) Well I am scared I'll start at school. Everytime that happens, I get so nervous and I end up having a panic attack all day because its just sooo much blood. So my question is.. is there anything I can do in the meantime to make sure that I won't leak everywhere? (The pill is obviously going to make it lighter, but it's going to take a little while before its effective and kicks in.)

well wear both, 2 pairs of undies and extra in your backpack and the sweatshirt idea is good too! ask to go to the bathroom and say its an emergency and go during lunch whever you can to check yourself. hope that helps!
