thats good i gues.. i got 4 minutes 30 seconds and im 13 female.. but i pushed myself like crazy and i still dont think my time was good enough.. but you have to decide for your self if its good hope i helped ]
that's what I got on the mile too. It's not like excellent, but it's pretty good! ]
thats amazing like really really good...have you ever considered going out for the track team?
-xox kara ]
thats great!! most people run it in about 10 or 12 minutes... i usually get a 13!! thats one of the best times you can get at my school! congrats!! ]
omg now this is my speciaity!!!
a very well trained runner- someone who is focused on nothing but running would run around a 5.30 to a 6.00- but for shorter distances, for longer they might take it to 7.00 or 7.30...so i would say that that is a very good time- im assuming your training for another sport than track or x.c...but if you are going to run x.c i would suggest picking up the pase a little bit- u know just that little bit more energy!
my mom has been running for 34 years- she has run so many miles (i think around 40,000)- thats like twice around the earth...she coaches track and field, x.c, winter track, anything to do with running so if theres one thing i know- its running
if you need more advice comment me back and i can ask my mom more about it...
muchh lovve
ps- when im training for soccer i normally run around a 8.03...;) ]
i would say that is good because that is pretty fast lol but just remember to drink lots of fluids so you dont dehydrate or have a heat stroke. hope this helps!

Thats about average...here at least...
The people that are athletic nuts in out gym class get between 7-8 minutes on average..sometimes even 5 mins...and the slowest time was 20 minutes.
Hope I helped,

im not sure if its good or not but here is an idea for you....im a 5'10" guy who weighs 197 on my scale. im somewhat muscular but im fat too. i ran a mile in 6.53. of course you didnt mention your age either which is a big factor..im 14. ]
that is actually really good. compared to mine 9:58 lol... but i think you did a really good job. hope this helps you out.

That's pretty good. I play tennis and my mile is about 8:30. So yeah you should be pretty proud of yourself! The average teenage girl (which I'm guessing you are) has about an 11 minutes mile. So you're way above average! :-)

wow!!! i think thats great!!! excellent job!!! ]
thats about average, really. if you did a 3 mile workout b4 that then thats awesome. i ran the mile in 7:33 in a race and i stopped and it wasnt great but good for me and my abilities. when we ran and then did timed miles, i ran a 11:15 which i almost got in trouble for. pretty much anything under 9-10 minutes is good but it does depend on the sport. good job! <3 ]
i think that's pretty good, er average. it really depends on your athletic ability. my average for the mile is around 9.02[yet i talk to people the whole entire time] and i'm like in the middle. it definately isn't bad though. bad would be like 10-12. it really depends on like what your coach is looking for, but it's pretty good.
-hope that helped!♥ ]
I think that that is a pretty good time. I usually run the mile in about 13 minutes, lol. It depends on what is expected of you and your team/sport. You should ask around to see what others got. But, that time is good in my book :)
