Just tell your friend that you dont really like the girl she is hanging out with and that you miss talking and spending time with her she should understand. If she doesnt maybe look for some more friends.

tell your friend what you think of it but dont make them do anything like stop hanging out completely or anything like that. maybe just what you say will get them to think a bit without it being your fault that they missed out on whatever. let me know if you need more help! <3
