TV Series recomendations
I enjoy watching tv series on DVD. Ones I have enjoyed are "Soprano's", "Sex & the City", "Star Trek TNG", & "Dawson's Creek". Can anyone recommend a new series for me to watch with a continuing story line; not a comedy like "Sienfeld."

well is there anything specifically you're looking for? like comedies? drama? im guessing you're a teen, and i would reccomend, just like most people here did, one tree hill. i love that show personally. it deals with EVERYTHING. fights, love, drugs, etc... it comes out in like a week on *dvd* . You can watch the second season starting i think January 25th on THE WB, at 8/9 depends where you live. The ators/actresses are hot! =) Yummy ... and the story is good. You should maybe watch some of the show, which will be back on like in 2 weeks and just give it a try. See if you like it. I'm sure you will, everyone does. Even the guys! I actually got some of my guy friends hooked on it! =) If not, then i hear THE OC is kinda good, i've never personally watched it but hey, everyone likes it. If you are a girl, Summerland on the WB and The O.C. is totally groovy. I myself swore I would never ever never like it, but now I LOVE it! Everyone on both shows are so hot...uh!
If you are a guy then Smallvill. Yehah it my be based on the comic book, but has the most thrilling and exciting story line, and has an amazing history...not to mention an UBER HOTT cast.

I love The Gilmore Girl Series..you can buy it on dvd....its also on abc channel and its on at 5:00..sometimes on at 8:00 on some other channel like on monday or tuesday..I love that show....also I dont know how old you are...but try Gilmore Girls im positive there is 2 seasons out but im not sure if there is more...

Such as Freaks and Geeks or My So Called Life. My So Called Life is more Dawson's Creek-y but realistic. And Freaks and Geeks is just plain awesome. Enjoy!

well, i always watch Gilmore Girls, it is a really great show, my sister and I recently got the 2nd season on DVD, and yes, they have a continuing story line.

7th Heaven's kind of corny, but it's a good show with a story line. I think they're on like, their 9th season. It's on Fox and ABCFamily.

go with gilmore girl's it is the best show ever created!! it is a plot about a girl an dher mother. but her mother had her when she was younger so they are more like best friends and sisters than mother and daughter, i know many people that enjoy it and hopefully you will too!!

hi..i have the CSI dvds..those are cool if u like that kind of thing..gilmore girls is a cute show for like teenage girls... friends is good...i dont really know of too many others..so hope that helped.

Roswell, Angle, Tru Calling (awesome), and my personal favorite Dead Zone seasons 1 and 2. Also 24 is out, and Stargate SG1. Lots of good stuff out the plus they have released some of the old series like MAgnum PI and The Dukes of Hazard.

Gilmore Girls. I think that is a GREAT TV SHOW! It comes on the WB Tuesdays @ 8:00 est. And One Tree Hill..which comes on right after it! There are reruns on Gilmore GIrls right now because the new season is comin up! Same with One Tree Hill!
