Don't know what to do
My parents payed for me and my brother to go to a private school. It was really expensive but thank god we got insurance so some of the money will come back to us if we deside not to go. Well my brother and i ended up going to public school where it's free, the thing is that the private school won't let us get the money back unless we go there for 15 school days. I have been arguing with my parents saying that i just started to make friends at the public school, and things are really going my way. Going to the private school for 15 days will make it really hard to go back to the public school. I really dont know what to do cause it's a lot of money we will get back, yet i am really startin to fit in at the public school.

well my guess would be that you say you went on a vacation then go to the public school for 15 days then go back to the public school if not u are spending them ALOT of money.!!!!!!!!!!

I think you should go to the private school for 15 days. Just tell your friends at the public school what happened n tell them its like a 15 day vacation. If they are really your friends they will completely understand, and will accept you just like they do now.

My friend is having the same problem. I would break up the 15 days. If you have a day off at public school that the private school doesn't have, you could go then. Or you could go like 3 days every couple of weeks. If you don't want to break it up, you could wait for a month or so, and then do the 15 days, so that you will have secure friendships at your new school. Make sure you tell your new friends at the public school what you're doing, so you don't just disappear for 15 days. Good luck!

well just tell ur friends u'll be gone for 15 days...it's not that long, it'll pass u by...and if it's a lot of money then u should do it for ur parents...they wont forget u in 15 days...they'll actually probably be asking where u went and be missing u...u can always call them and talk to them online if u have a computer, hope i helped

If your family is very wealthy, I wouldn't worry about it. But if you're a normal family, or if money is tight, I would definately do it. I would take the chance to get any money back at all, since most private schools that I know don't even offer the opportunity. If you are already fitting in so well, then I'm sure that you will slide right back into place when you come back.

well its hard when everyone is looking at you for a desicion. I think that you should go to the private school for the fifteen days. Its less than to weeks of classes and if you can make friends once you can certainly make them again. Plus its not like youll come back and they wont love you as much as they do now. Youll probably make more friends because now whoever didnt know you before thinks your the misterious new girl who all the hotties want to go with. If you think about it that way 15 day is nothing!!!

ouch thats a tough spot 2 be in, i go 2 private school and i no it must b hard going from public 2 private back and forth. it def. is alot of money tho and you should go 2 private school for the 15 days. its only 15 days and your parents will get alot of money back. the longer you debate about ti the harder its goin 2 b 2 leav the public school and then come bak again.

You should definitely go back for 15 days at the private school. It would prove to your parents that you are unselfish and considerate. Don't worry though, if you make friends for 15 days at the private school - you can still get their contacts (e-mail, phone). Something I am sure about? 15 days of not being there will make nothing but a slight difference in your friendships at the public schol.

First o' all i would help u if u didnt rate at all!well i think you should tell the people that are ur new friends that you need there # cuz you have to go to p.s. cuz if you dont u wont get ur money back .they will keep in touch plus it will give them a chance to miss you and they will want you more if they are great friends.so ur position is a good one .try and go to the movies with them. or sumthin.

you could always tell your new friends at public school that you have to go back to private school to get your money back. if they are really your friends then they shouldn't mind because you can still see them and talk to them over the phone! and maybe you can even make some new friends at the private school.

I think you should just let all of your friends and teachers and anyone your are close with in your public school know that you need to go to private school for 15 days because your parents want you to check it out. Let them know you are coming back and its going to seem like you never went away.

wow! that's really weird, i've never heard of that! i think that you should go to the private school or else you'll probably feel guilty about the waste of money - i understand that it's gonna be really odd to leave one school and go to another one with a bunch of new ppl that you have to tell you won't be staying, but I think that the 15 days might go faster than you kno it!! just keep up to date on the schoolwork at the public school so that you aren't overwhelmed when you get back

hey..i think you should go to the private school. Its only 15 days. You can keep in touch with your friends until you come back. You dont want your parents losing all that money, right? Its cool that they are letting you go to private school..a lot of parents who had kids in private school wont even let their kids go to public school.

just go to the private skool for the 15 days that you are suppose to. that way your parents can get there money back and everything will be peachy keen. yea it prolly will be a little bit harder to go back to the public skool, but if you said that you were making new friends then i don't see what the big deal is? i mean it's just like going on vacation and then seeing your friends again. so don't worry, just go to the private skool for the 15 days that you are suppose to and then everything will work out just fine:)

i really think that you should go back to the privite school, it's only for 15 days! it would help your parents a lot and i'm sure they'd be very happy with you and liek you said you get all your money back! then after 15 days you can go back to your public school and everything will go back to normal! :) xoxo

If its only 15 days i would go for it its not that long its not like if you leave the public school those people are going to dissapear you will be back and the same people will be there just be sure to tell them you will be back. just think of it as your getting paid to go to school for 15 days but as long as the public school knows why you are gone so u dont get introuble for truancy or anything i would say go for it but you dont have to do anything you dont want to hope i helped
