ok heres the word.. i'm 5'2 and 140lbs thats roughly 2 pounds over the normal weight. I play volleyball and i just got moved up to the front line to start(so i can spike the ball = ] ) ok so my coach and i were talking and i wanted to know how i can jump higher she said to work on my leg musles and try to get to about 100-105 pounds. thats alot of pounds rite there... i love food and i am a carb queen, but i'm willing to stop becasue i love volley ball more. soooooooo basicly i have to lose 35 lbs in idk 3 weeks? i am willing to do anything. PLEASE help?!?!?!?! = /

sorry, but i dont think you can lose 35lbs in 3 weeks. its impossible. and maybe 105lbs isnt the ideal weight for you. try eating healthier, eating less, and working out a couple times during the day.. you might lose like a little more than 10 at the most in 3 weeks. give your self more time, and make realistic goals

im almost 16 and have NO boobs at all. it is pathetic and i prob have the smallest boobs of any girl in my grade maybe my whole school. i havnt had a boyfriend in like forever and i know boys are probably turned off by it. do you think guys wont wanna be with me cause of my no boobs? plus is there any way to make your boobs bigger. lol

well im sorry to say this but, no, there's no way to really make your boobs bigger. unless of course you get pregnant or something, but thats not a good option..

i know it seems like guys can be shallow and overly concerned with BOOBS and whatnot, but there are plenty out there that are looking for something more than that. so dont worry, youll get a boyfriend at some point..just stay away from the guys who only care about physical stuff, because they usually dont have much going for them anyway ; )

This is going to be pretty long, so I apologize in advance.


I like this kid named Sean. We dated for a little bit last year, but I broke it off because I didn't think I saw him in that light, which was incredibly stupid, because I did and still do have feelings for him, which he doesn't exactly know about.

We're friends, and we chill with the same people, if that adds any clarity.


Now for the problems. Their names are Molly, Michaela, and Tiffany.

Molly also likes Sean. She's a freshman, while Sean and I are juniors. Molly is best friends with Sean's best friend's girlfriend. So she kind of comes into the group by association. She kind of doesn't have a personality that I've seen, but I don't really know her. He's told me that he hates the people that she hangs out with, and that the fact that she's a freshman is a turn-off.

Then there's Michaela, who likes Sean. I personally think that she's completely fake (which is probably just because I know that she likes him). But that doesn't mean that Sean doesn't like her. She's friends with a friend of mine (who is also a friend of Sean's). She's supposed to hang out with Sean this weekend with our mutual friend and her boyfriend (I guess like a double-date?).

Tiffany is Sean's ex-girlfriend. She cheated on him, he broke up with her after confiding in me that she was "never happy", and he told me that he had these feelings for her, but that she didn't have them back. They broke up about a week ago, and she's texting him asking if he misses "them", saying "Ugh. I hate this.", and so on. They only dated for about a month.

I think that the only reason that I haven't told Sean about my feelings for him is because I know how confused he is dealing with Molly and Michaela, and I don't think that I want to add to that. It's impossible for me to get over him, and I don't know what to do.

I see him between classes and he nudges me playfully, we shoot smiles at one another, he teases me playfully, and I can't get him out of my head.

What should I do?
I know I should tell him that I like him... but how?

okay, so from past experiences, i would definetely say that you need to tell him asap. yeah its gonna be kinda wierd since he has all these girls after him and i totally understand that you dont want to be just another one of them. however, if you like this guy, dont let him get away! just tell him up front. when you two are casually talking (maybe even about his girl situation) just be like "okay, so i know youve got a lot on your mind right now, and im not really sure what your gonna do with this, but i thought id throw it out there: i like you.. im not trying to put any more pressure on you, but i didnt want something to happen that made me regret not telling you, so there." be confident when you tell him too, guys like confidence. good luck =]

ok so i have a boyfriend problem. (he just turned 19 and i'm 15 going on 16 in february.)(that's not the problem though) so anyway, he tries to control me too much. we threaten to break up with each other but we never really do. He has a court date in 2 days for "trespassing" into my house. I feel so lethargic lately.
So badly it's almost taking over my life.
I'm 17/f.
I wake up to go to school in the morning and I can hardly get out of bed. My eyelids feel so heavy. I feel irritable and grumpy all day.
I don't really eat at school or drink much.
I am a vegetarian because meat makes me sick. I have been vegetarian for about 4 years now. I don't eat a special diet or anything, just evereything apart from meat.
I don't like those beans and lenitls things.
Every morning I have a vitamin/mineral tablet (called Supradyn) and an Iron tablet (24mg).
What am I supposed to do?
I came home from school crying from exhaustion today coz I couldn't get a lift from my mum so I had to walk.
Is it what I'm eating or what??

it really just sounds like your not getting enough sleep. make sure you go to bed at a decent hour so you can wake up easier. and naps arent always the best thing. you also should try to be more active. join a sport, go out with friends, or just exercise. it will make you feel healthier and itll give you more energy - guaranteed.

So I asked a question a couple of days ago about my boyfriend who was constantly hanging out with his ex (who's a slut and cheated on him multiple times) and I thought he didn't like me and whatnot. But anyway, he cheated on me, and I was extremely hurt... he told me that he'd never hurt me and that I deserved the best, and I actually caught him and his ex making out. Now I haven't talked to him in 3 days, but I've seen him and he looks extremely depressed and he keeps saying he's so sorry. And now it makes me feel horrible for not talking to him because he seems so sincere and apologetic, and he keeps telling me that he understands it if I don't wanna talk to him... but I just feel bad for ignoring him. But I was just so damn hurt by what he did I didn't even want to look at him. But I still feel horrible, he just looked so sad and I just ignored him. Am I doing the right thing by not talking to him? I miss him.

bullshit hes sincere. if he was sincere he never woulda done it. once a cheater, always a cheater. 17/f... so there's this kid and we like each other and he says he's gonna ask me out soon. but the thing is, I honestly don't think he likes me anymore and it's getting me down. like, when he first told me he liked me, he'd be all happy to see me and compliment me all the time and always want to be with me. but now, it's like he just doesn't care anymore. plus, his ex-girlfriend is still in love with him and he talks to her about 75% more than me. I've talked to him about this twice already and my friends (without me asking them to) have confronted him mulitple times as well. I just don't understand why the hell he promises he likes me and tells me all the time but never ACTS like it. it would hurt alot less if he just stopped leading me on and just told me WHY he's been acting this way. I don't even know what to do anymore; I like him alot and he claims he likes me, but he is always with his ex, who he claims he has absolutely no feelings for. is it worth it to still pursue him? Should I just act like I don't care and see how it goes, or keep persistenly asking him about it? Please help; I'm seeing him all day tomorrow (and his exgirlfriend is gonna be there, too. =( eh.)

i tried to act like i didnt care but it ate me up inside not knowing what was going on. not saying that this will happen to you, but i ended up letting myself keep pursuing him, and got shot down. and it sucked. and your right - it would hurt a lot less if he wouldnt keep leading you on, so tell him that. just say "look idk how you feel about me, but im not just gonna hang around wondering what you want. you need to tell me because the more i hang on, the worse itll be if you decide you dont want anything with me" he'll prolly feel like a bit of an ass if he doesnt stay with you, and if he DOES - then, well, there you go.

Does anyone go to a private high school? Or more spefcifically a private christian high school? I might be switching schools from public to a private christian school and im really nervous about making friends. Im usually pretty outgoing anf friendly but when i dont know people i tend to be quiet. Does anyone have tips or advice on making friends and how cliquey those types of schools are? I really need some help with how to make friends and be accepted and all that. At my public school new kids that conme during the yr seem to be accepted and given a chance at popularity and everyone seems to try and make friends with them, is it like that everywhere? And is grading a lot harder? Im pretty smart and in advanced classes and the school is known for good academics (which is partially why i would go) so is the workload and curriculum really challenging? Thanx

going to a private school is definetely way better than public schools. not only are they smaller (usually) but people definetely give you a chance. everyone is nice and really involved. so when oyu get there, sign up for a bunch of things..sports, clubs, whatever.. and yeah it is a little more challenging, but it gives you a good shot at college. the fact that your going to a private school makes you stand out to colleges.

We did have sex. And we still do, some people found out because the boyfriend thought it was okay to imply it.. and give them ideas. 15/f. I've been talking to a guy online for the past 2 months. He's 18. I knew him in real life, but he moved to another state. Well, first..when we started talking, he made it clear to me that he wasn't even supposed to flirt online with me because he could "get in trouble with the law, they'll land my ass in jail." Is limewire illegal if you download stuff and then put it on your ipod? Because my mom said its illegal and if she catches me using it again shes going to change the password on my computer and lock it. So is it illegal?

Yeah, i guess technically it is. But Limewire is a "file sharing" software. File sharing isnt illegal, and putting songs on your ipod isnt illegal either. Its just that the songs are copyright, and your not paying for them.

Honestly though, i dont care who tells you otherwise..you're not going to get caught using Limewire. Theres way too many people on there for them to really arrest anyone. Your mom needs to chill, seriously.

any tips on how to make liquid eyeliner dry faster? i put it on my top lid, and when i get done putting it on, it always gets on next to my eyebrow.

when putting on liquid eyeliner, keep your eye closed for as long as possible. wipe off any excess, and maybe use a q-tip to cover it with black eyeshadow. itll absorb into the liqiud and make it less likely to smudge.

just look in the face-care aisle at like target or something.. but you can use eye-drops (you knwo the kind that make your eyes not red) eye-drops not only take the redness away from eyes, but can reduce redness on your face too.

to start off, i would try mmascara, some blush and lipgloss and leave it at that. make sure you dont put too much on (then you'll look like a clown..lol) and for mascara instead of one chunky layer, do a couple light layers of dark brown or black on your top and bottom lashes. && lipgloss - well you know how that works! ask me if you need any more help..
