ok heres the word.. i'm 5'2 and 140lbs thats roughly 2 pounds over the normal weight. I play volleyball and i just got moved up to the front line to start(so i can spike the ball = ] ) ok so my coach and i were talking and i wanted to know how i can jump higher she said to work on my leg musles and try to get to about 100-105 pounds. thats alot of pounds rite there... i love food and i am a carb queen, but i'm willing to stop becasue i love volley ball more. soooooooo basicly i have to lose 35 lbs in idk 3 weeks? i am willing to do anything. PLEASE help?!?!?!?! = /

average healthy weight loss can be anywhere from 1-3 pounds a week.
if you loose weight over a longer period of time it will stay off longer.
so just diet and exercise.
follow the NEW food pyramid. and 30 minutes everyday of cardio and then some muscle toning exercises.
