GIRLS HELP PLEASE!
ok so im still young and im allowed to start wearing makeup.. i wanna know know tips that will help me look pretty and not slutty and is good for a 13 year old.. i have pretty pale skin but not that pale. i have blue eyes and light brown hair. thx i really need some help cause i have no idea how to wera makeup.. omg please dont ask me to ask my mom lol

ummm . . . I'm a dark brunette pretty close to black and I use peach, light blue and brown type colors for eye shadow but for light brown hair i would use a light green color for your eye shadow. lipgloss for you would definitely be a clear color or a light coffee color. Don't wear heavy eye liner though it makes you look like your old. Thats pretty much the best advice i could give you.

If I where you I would ask my friends that where make up, but for starters I would just start out with eye liner and the eye liner will bring out the corlr of your eyes but don't over load and cover your self with ake up good luck!

you should wear a thin layer of eyeliner on your inner eyelid.
ask your mom or someone to do it.
that would make your eyes stand out more and match with your hair.

to start off, i would try mmascara, some blush and lipgloss and leave it at that. make sure you dont put too much on (then you'll look like a clown..lol) and for mascara instead of one chunky layer, do a couple light layers of dark brown or black on your top and bottom lashes. && lipgloss - well you know how that works! ask me if you need any more help..

Alright! So heres my suggestion to you!
Don't go overboard - with makeup, less is more.
And please don't wear crazy blues and purples on the eyes.
Being as young as you are, you want your youth and beauty to show through, so i recommend very little or no foundation/coverup unless you're battling acne or having a really bad zit day.
Otherwise go with natural coloured eye shadow. My recommendation - A nude colour on your lids and progress to the crease (where your eye socket sits) and use a slightly darker nude/taupe colour. Definitely wear a little mascara, but only on the top lashes. Both of these tips will enhance your blue eyes (Trust me, I have bright blue eyes and it works).
As for your lips, lipstick makes a statement. Don't go too dark - it will make you look gothic.
Don't go too light - it will make you look washed out.
Don't go too red - it makes you look (old lady) slutty.
Go with a shade slightly different from your own lip colour (in whatever tone/colour you want). I recommend coral or burgandy (but light shades of course). Personally, my favourite lipstick is Almay Truly Lasting Colour. It's a little pricy, but the two-in-one does give lasting colour.
I hope this helped - and I know I didn't tell you anything durastic, but when you're 13, I know you want to look/act more grownup - so I say go as natural as possible so you don't look like you're trying to hard.
O and ps - even without makeup, you're beautiful - remember that, nobody is worth your time if they dono't love you without makeup.

Do you like neutral makeup that will just pop out all your good features? ALWAYS wear mascara. Mascara is like amazing. I suggest either black or brown. You want to go for brown/tan eye shadow, it will bring out the blue in your eyes, apparently. Lips.. you want something with a little color, but not something that will be too bold. I suggest lig gloss. Something like Lip Smackers, or just normal Bonne Belle. They are great for younger teens, like us. :) Plus, they have great flavors. And their cheap. For eyeliner, use a black or a brown. Don't over do it, put it on pretty lightly. Do you want to wear concealer and foundation? Go for the closest shade you can get to your skin tone. Make sure your concealer isnt just for under eyes, so if you break out you can cover up the zits. For foundation.. my friend says dream matte mousse is good.

you should wear a little bit of foundation so your skin won't look so pale...then wear some eyeliner..with some mascrea to bring out the color of your eyes...then wear a little bit of eyeshadow...hoped i helped...♥ alley

You know, a lot of people I know go to a make up counter like Mac and have the people there give them tips, and they tend to be pretty good at it since it's what they do for a living. I suggest getting some tips from them, and then they can show you how to put it on and how much is too much.

try sticking to nuturals. like my sister sounds just like you and she wears a med. brown eye liner on top and gold eye shadow and it looks nice. try to stay away from bright colors and light colors with shimmer like gold look really nice

Start of with basics. Eyeliner, mascara, eye shadow & lipgloss. That's all you really need. I don't think you will need any foundation, but if you seriously do get one that is just a shade darker then your natrual skin tone. Before applying foundation, put on some face lotion. It will make your skin more smooth and won't dry up. You can apply foundation with a make up sponge or a foundation brush. It's always better to use powder after foundation because it will cover up what the foundation didn't & it will make it more smooth & just better. Next just add a little eyeliner. Since you have blue eyes I think you should use brown eyeliner. Black looks really un-natrual but whatever you think looks best. If you want to wear eyeshadow, use natrual colors. Like greens, golds & shimmer. Top it of with some mascara & lipgloss & you'll look great.

Hey sweets; well if you have good skin you dont need to wear pounds of foundation and coverup. A light loose power, very little, maybe about a shade or half a shade darker than your skin can do. I dont personally like dark lip stick/gloss so a light almost clear color like pink or peach one layer. Light shadows and brown or eyeliner/mascara not too many layers.

heey...i think you should start with brown mascara to make your eyes pop out but not be too drastic of a change and try a pinkish blush but donntt put too much on other wise it will look funny (apply it to the apples of your cheeks) and make a fish face so you can see where to put it.
lip gloss! everyone looks good in lip gloss so any kind would work
