how can I lose as much weights as possible in a little time, and how do I stick to a diet, cause it's hard for me, and also if you puke, and there's nothing more coming out of your throat does that mean that it's all out?
(I know I am not bulimic, BUT I WAS WONDERING)
and who knows some good exercises you can do at home?

Last monday my ex and I broke up and now he's telling everyone what we did in our relationship.He calms he " hit it and quit it" which means he was just with me for sex. So it all back fires on me.But instead of just sitting here and letting him say that.I started to tell people that I "hit it and quit it". Does that make me a slut or does it make me look stupid?i really dont have a choice.

quick question about demos

14 almost 15/f. my talent is music, and i hope to become a professional musician one day. i play a number of instruments, and i love blues/jazz. i'm going to major in music in college. at some point in time i'd like to start getting in touch with recording studios and whatnot. have any of you ever had any experience with this, and how should i go about recording a demo and such?

Anxiety

I'm not sure what my condition is, or if I even have one, but it's like this:
Everytime I go to walk around my block, or if I'm in the house alone (and I babysit!), I freak out. I look around frantically, even running from room to room! Is this normal? I don't get it as a severity (sp), but it's not exactly too light either. What can I do to prevent this sort of thing happening to me? Thanks.

Sorry if this was under the wrong catagory, I wasn't sure where to put it =( Anyway, my question is why is it that whenever I wake up in the morning my arms and back and neck hurts? Like it feels sore and achey? It's been hapening alot lately, and my softball throwing arm is being affected by this ... and I would like to know three things:
1) Does anyone know what is causing this?
2) How can I prevent it?
3) How can I help it? like should I use a heat pack to make them stop hurting and being so sore?
I don't know is it helps any, but I am 14 years old and a girl, thanks!

im pretty self concious about my hair. lately, it hasnt been looking as good as it should and its frusterating for me. im getting a haircut but that will be in a while. in the mean time, i would like to know if there are any very affective hair products. my hair isnt frizzy but its dry and the ends look bad. is there something that will help my hair look softer and shinier?

last night i was with my friend. my best friend. i mean me and her are like really tight.. anyway, she has a boyfriend and we met some guys the night before and they invited us to the movies. so we went and last night her and this one guy are like making out. you know its making out, so whatever. but then he started feeling on her and then they got to third base! she hardly even knows this guy.. and i guess im kind of jealous. but hardly. i mean the guy was pretty hot.. and i wouldnt mind being with him but i wouldnt let him finger me! i mean she has a boyfriend!! and like it kind of makes her seem like a whore.. but me and her boyfriend are pretty good friends and i know if i had a boyfriend and he cheated on me i would've been pissed. now...

ok, i have a stye on my eye, and it hurts really badly. I can't blink without feeling pain. What can I do to make it go away? What are the causes of styes? Also, I have an eye doctor appointment tomorrow (4/24). Is the stye going to affect it? Will my doctor still be able to do all the tests he needs to do (its just a regular check up).

Horse Show Nerves

I'm a competative horseback rider (mostly hunter shows) and I love showing so much. The problem is, I always get nervous before any show. Yesterday I started shaking while I was sitting on my mare waiting for my trick (turn to jump, in my case). She could sense that I was nervous, as most horses can, and she figured there was some reason to be nervous about. After that she wouldn't stand still or walk foward unles my trainer was holding her, it was always backing up, away from the ring. It helps to surround myself with my awesome barn people (especially my trainer and my two best barn friends) because they tell me that no matter what happens in the ring, they will always love me as a good barn family should. I love nooodles right...but I can only make it in one way (with cheese)!!! and I know that's kinda not the point but I was wondering what oother ways can you make them that can go with chicken and that have little or no vegetables needed to add, cause every site I go on has vegetables or chicken r beef and I jus want a side order to go with baked chicken!

My boyfriend and I have been together for 14 months, friends for 4 years, and I recently tried to end the relationship. I don't see our futures working together, he has no personal ambition, and numerous other things. I thought the break up was going relatively well considering the circumstances, but then he lost it and started crying. That was the last thing I expected as he is NOT the kind of person to EVER cry. I felt so terrible for inflicting this kind of grief on someone I care so much about that I agreed to stay in the relationship. (He isn't/wasn't trying to cry in orderfor me to stay)
Now I don't know what to do but I need to get out of this. He's gone back to his normal self and has seemingly forgotten about our whole delie...

im 14/f and i was asked to prom by my boyfriend of a few months (2-3). he goes to a different school and they only have a junior prom so what im asking is do you people think 14 is too young for prom. i have to say im a mature 14 and my bf thinks so and thats why he likes me besides numerous other reasons.we wouldnt have sex or go to parties afterward so is just prom too young for a 14year old????? my parents know and are ok with me going but i still dont know..
