no I am not bulimic, I swear

Question Posted Sunday April 23 2006, 1:23 pm

how can I lose as much weights as possible in a little time, and how do I stick to a diet, cause it's hard for me, and also if you puke, and there's nothing more coming out of your throat does that mean that it's all out?
(I know I am not bulimic, BUT I WAS WONDERING)
and who knows some good exercises you can do at home?

I RATE, thanks so much <3

hey, you coudl do sit-ups or walk on a treadmill. in order to stick to diet you have to stay true to yourself. let yourself know that you are going to do this. i dnt know about puking cause im not bulimic. cait♥
