Weight. Whats a goood wayy to get a little fitter in a week? also all my weight is in my lower body like my hips and thighs and buttttt. how do i fix that?

you can go running or talk a walk.. also you would want to try to watch what you eat, dont eat so many fats and sugary foods. good luck! ]
It's always important to drink plenty of water! You can lose weight so much faster drinking water. Also try to do workouts that work with your thighs and buttox. Doing sit-ups, crunches, some running, and frequent stretching can tone and improve the appearance of your thighs and buttox. It would also be helpful eating a lot of nutritious foods. ]
you can try a lot of things first try to watch what you eat if you eat a lot of junk food try not to and eat a lot of healthier foods lyk fruit...and exercise if you cant get into a gym try maybe everynight to do sit ups and try to make a goal for urslef!! ]
