I want to know the difference between chatbot and web chatbot. My client asks to make me a chatbot for his website. But I am getting a little confused, would not be clear is there any similarity or not.

How to find out if multiple social media accounts are the same person?

Now, I've had a suspicion for a while that this person has been contacting me on multiple accounts under different names and personas (primarily because of similar grammatical styles and similar general account topics), but I'm not 100% sure.
Originally, I was going to see if there was a way of finding out if two IP addresses matched but I couldn't find anything for that, so then I came across a couple of people finders (e.g. PeekYou, and Truthfinder) but you have to pay to find out the person's social media profiles- the most new information I've got from any of those sites for free was the person's religion and political affiliation, but I'm interested in trying to work out if this person is behind multiple accounts across ...

Hi. I'm using Wix web builder to make a non-profit website called helpmycity.org where people can go to be connected to organizations and people with ideas, services, projects that will help their city.
Question: I simply wish to link pages with a dropdown menu that contains all 50 States. The idea is that when someone selects a State, that State is linked to its own separate page.
From that individual "State" page, people can look at projects and offerings.
I have already created the States dropdown that lists all 50 States.

Popularity of forums - are they dead

I had to make a pause in playing games as I had my university exams.
After I've returned I fill a bit discomposed.
Most of the forums I used to love a year ago are dead now. I can't communicate with other people there, because no one actually is online!
Is that true and forums are dying? Am I getting old and young men communicate somewhere else on the Internet now?

I really want to start a blog, but the problem is, I can't seem to find a good website to start it off of. Every site I've tried lets me create a whole website, but I want something simple and basic. Are there any good blogging sites where I can just ask a question of the week, get people's feedback, give my own thoughts, and maybe do a poll every now and then?

instagram followers. I wanna know how to get more followers and stop losing them.

so I run a fairly popular instagram, which I'm not going to put here because that would be a little pathetic. Either way, I have this issue where I gain a bunch of followers in an incredibly short amount of time and within a week or two I end up with hundreds more followers than I had before. Then for a while the growth will just stop and I end up losing followers, then gaining a few, before my "growth spurt" happens again. As of now the situation is really annoying me because I lost 4 followers overnight and now it seems whenever I gain a follower I lose one. I wanna know how to get more followers and stop losing them. No snarky comments.

Need Help regarding Email Marketing Software.

I do parties and events and when I send out emails I include a few pictures in my emails. Many times i need to make small edits but I hate going back and forth between Photoshop and my email program (currently Constant Contact). Also Photoshop is over kill but there is not enough photo editing capabilities in my email software. Can anyone recommend another provider or easy way to edit photos within an email program?
