14 almost 15/f. my talent is music, and i hope to become a professional musician one day. i play a number of instruments, and i love blues/jazz. i'm going to major in music in college. at some point in time i'd like to start getting in touch with recording studios and whatnot. have any of you ever had any experience with this, and how should i go about recording a demo and such?

I once sent a demo cd to a music company. I didnt play an instrument thought, i sang. I recorded on sound recorder on the computer as thats all i had. I sang 12 different songs and then put them on a cd. I also attatched a biography, picture and number of mine with the cd in a package. To fidn the company i searched on google for weeks and weeks until i found the right one. They told me to contact them in 2 months, and i did. once a week i now go to a recording studio and sing. good luck! and remember you need to want this more then anything!
