Sorry if this was under the wrong catagory, I wasn't sure where to put it =( Anyway, my question is why is it that whenever I wake up in the morning my arms and back and neck hurts? Like it feels sore and achey? It's been hapening alot lately, and my softball throwing arm is being affected by this ... and I would like to know three things:
1) Does anyone know what is causing this?
2) How can I prevent it?
3) How can I help it? like should I use a heat pack to make them stop hurting and being so sore?
I don't know is it helps any, but I am 14 years old and a girl, thanks!
PunkieFreak4690 answered Sunday April 23 2006, 1:00 pm: It could be because of how you sleep on night, or the mattress that you're sleeping on. If you sleep on a hard-feeling mattress then it would be better if you went out and bought a softer, more comfortable mattress. Plus, any hard pillows like polyester could be causing it as well. Try using a feather pillow next time since they're softer and more confortable to rest your head on. Hard surfaces can cause soreness of the neck, back, legs, and arms. So try sleeping on some kind of soft surface and lay on your back. Maybe stacking a few feather pillows at night could also help. [ PunkieFreak4690's advice column | Ask PunkieFreak4690 A Question ]

Try changing the pillows around or the way you lay down to sleep. Be comfortable when you go to sleep...hope i helped!! [ likeomgitselisa's advice column | Ask likeomgitselisa A Question ]
