how to tell if a person is sleeping

I was wondering if there was someway to tell if a person is sleeping...like if there was a way to maybe count their breaths they take per minute or something? I've been looking it up on google but no such luck.

I am in 11th grade in high school and I like this girl who’s in 12th grade. She’s both smart and very beautiful, and I’m not actually just saying that. Last year during school she would try to get my attention by doing a lot of things for like 8 months. However I never reacted to her and then she started to date her friend’s brother from another school. I really regret that I didn’t do anything to show her that I liked her. Ok so my boyfriend has a sister who is wiked wiked manly. Shes 2 grades older than me and plays football for the school and I cheerlead for the school. Her name is kelsey. I heard from people before that she hates me because she thought I was a stuck up snob, which is the complete opposite of what I am. I litterally never even looked at this girl, or talked to her and she dislikes me for like no reason. okay i have a friend who's 16 too, we've known each other since last year. she's a junior and im a sophomore but we're in the same lunch and the same math class so we spend a lot of time together during the day. we also have a lot in common like we both play a (different) sport and we're both smart and we're both totally into dressing up for school.

suicide thoughts

well you know how if someone you know/you're having suicidal thoughts you should tell someone or call that hotline or whatever? well is it really that necessary? i myself on occasion have suicidal thoughts/feelings and if somebody did that to me i would honestly feel betrayed and i think it would be completely unnecessary. i'm not a doctor, so i guess i would not know for sure. but if i'm having or sometimes have thoughts about suicide is it really that big of a deal that needs immediate attention? like i don't think about it all the time only occasionally..

when i was around 5 my mother died from cancer. Now i have a step mother and 2 step sisters. My step mother is every loving, but doesnt like help me with girl stuff. I always have to learn things on my own. And for like clothes, what matches? i cant ask my dad anything like that because hes a guy and doesnt really know. Like for my school pictures, i was wearing a pink and grey top and my dad picked a purple background, she didnt really help me she just helped my 2 step sisters. Makeup help!!

hey people..
i need help with my makeup applying, when i put on my makeup i put on black eyeliner, then eyeshadow and mascara on the top and bottom lashes,and then concealer below the eyes where the bags are, but the problem is
1) when I get home from school its all smudged below my eyes and it looks completly horrible.
2) with all the concealer im always worried ill completly ruin my skin complection and that i look like a barbie doll
3) i dont want to look all fierce and stuff, i wanna look natural, but with makeup.
Do you have any ideas on how I can get my makeup not to smudge, and a way of applying makeup with still looking natural (step by step instrustions plz), but so it looks like im weari...

i need help looking on the "brighter" side of things.
when something happens to me, i make a big deal out of it and worse things can happen.
for example i just got glasses and cried for days because i hate them, while some people are blind and will never see anything & i also could always just contacts.
BUT. i still get depressed.
im not exactly relating my glasses to my question but how could i look on the brighter side of things without feeling depressed on my own situation?

Another boring "love" predicament.
There is this boy I have liked since last year but we've never had much of a chance to talk therefor we aren't really friends. I REALLLLY like him and every day I just get deeper and deeper.
Everyday he always stares or always does something that makes me think he likes me too. My friends would stop me to say that they saw him looking, even random people I hardly know would tell me that. O.k well what can i say. My "friend" is a bich. she caused my bf to break up with me(long LONG story) and she is such a winey baby.
Like she "hurt" her jaw(don't ask me how) but somehow she "hurt" it. and know she talks with her teeth like tottaly stuck together(i KNOW FOR A FACT that she is faking)she is such an attention junkie. she also flirts with EVERYONE(guys). that's how my bf left me(he was annoyed with her) and she also is abosolutly the MOST ANNOYING person in the WORLD....
