I was wondering if there was someway to tell if a person is sleeping...like if there was a way to maybe count their breaths they take per minute or something? I've been looking it up on google but no such luck.
thanks!

If they're in a deep sleep, they experience rapid eye movement which is associated with dreaming, so if you can see their eyes moving and twitching underneath their eye lids, then they're definitely asleep.
