Q: Me and my boyfriend ended our relationship 3 weeks ago (he made the decision) but it was down to me that the decision was made. It's hit me today that it really is over...I can just tell and it hurts SO much. I don't know what to do. I work next door to him so I HAVE to see him at least 2-3 times a week, which hurts too. My mind just isn't clear at the minute and I don't know how i'm going to get over him, I really need some advice. My friends keep inviting me out but I'm just way too upset, I just want to sit in my bedroom and think of him, and usually cry. My friend says now I just need to get over him, but I don't know how, and it hurts me so much to think I have to get over him. He's done so much for me in the time we were together and I love him so much. I feel like i'll never meet anyone who will be as good for me as he was. I actually can't fault him in any way, he's the nicest guy i've ever met.

I understand how you feel this actually just happend to me. But you have to consider things, does he MAKE you happy? Or do you miss how things use to be and how you were.. He might not be the same guy you think he is. You should try going out with friends and doing SOBER acitivites, dont have any drinking involved it'll make things worse.. trust me. Try going out to eat or something silly like lazer tagging or bowling. Trust me I know it hurts.. Just try to keep yourself occupied, join the gym or yoga lol. Do anything to keep your mind off him ! are you sure hes home with friends watching movies and not smoking? listen just because hes high and says he loves you doesnt mean it's insencere. a quote i remember is "a drunk mans words is a sober mans thoughts" perhaps he has loved you but it's just hard to say out loud for the first time, maybe not for you but other people it is. i think he wants to go on a break with you because you rejected him saying i love you, but i understand why you did it, but this makes the relationship a little more complicated now. as for the smoking, he probably will smoke again but eventually stop,summers coming too. im not sure if youve ever smoked but once you smoke once, you'll occasionally smoke again. you need to have a serious conversation and find out what he wants and plans on doing, good luck.

you should go to your doctor and have them check it out. my knees were hurting for 6 days and when i went to the doctor i found out i had a problem with my knees from running cross country, and had to go to physical therapy for 6 weeks. If its been bothering you for 6 months something is wrong and you should get it checked out.

It's probably suppose to work during the first time you use it, because the one time i did it worked. You shouldn't straighten your hair so much, it leaves it dead with split ends and unhealthy. You'll regret it in the future unless you take REAL good care with your hair. I'm not saying dont ever straighten it, but you should only 2 to 3 times a week maybe 4 at most.
