Down There. Hey, I'm 15 and I'm a girl. I have not had sex yet.
This is like.. embarrassing..
So, when I shave down there.. afterward it always looks irritated. There are like little red bumps, and sometimes they hurt. Sometimes though when I shave, like I don't even know what happens, it starts like bleeding little red dots. I even have scars.. Is there something wrong? Like, I want it to stop, haha. It's embarrassing, there's always like little red scabs and if I shave over them they start to bleed and it just makes my vagina look disgusting. This only happens on the surface of my vagina and a little like around it on my thighs almost. It doesn't happen underneath though? Has this ever happened to anyone else? Is there something wrong, or someway I can stop it? Thank you so much, and sorry if this is long.

Instead of shaving down there use clippers. They have ones that are ment to just trim in places. The cuts are razor burn. If you really want to shave then I suggest using shaving cream and shaving the opposite direction your hair grows in. Be more careful next time and good luck. Hope I helped.

first off, you make being 15 and not having sex sound like a bad thing. it's not, and don't let anyone else tell you that it is. second, I would not worry about the bumps, because sometimes shaving too fast or in the wrong direction can cause these types of problems. try a moisturizing shaving cream. sooner or later, the bumps will go away. ]
First off what are you using on your vagina before you shave? You may need to find a cream that is not irritating your skin down there. Also you may be shaving too close to the surface of your skin. ]
Yes, i has happened to me before. It was because i was shaving up instead of down. If you shave down, it goes along with the way of your hair, and if you shave up it irrates it. I usually just use shaving gel, and make sure it lathers really well, and that should help too. also, a friend of mine says to put lotion on it when you get out of the shower :]
Hope i helped ]
happens to mee too, haha. this might sound weird but somebody told me to put deoderant on "down there" after shaving und it worked lol. but after you shave once you have to keep doing it because if you let it grow back long enough it will become very itchy and annoying trustt me haha. hope i helped :] ]
it's happened to me before.. it could be that youre not shaving the way that your hairs goes, which causes the bumps.. and the bumps bleed cuz theyre like pimples. i dont know how i got rid of them honestly.. after a while they just started going away. it could be from sweat too. those were a couple things people told me. hope i helped :] ]
