Wanting to do some Day Trips

Hello. My name is Brian Hardy. I am twenty-seven years old and I live in Danville, California. I am having an issue that I want to discuss:
I have Asperger’s Syndrome and anxiety, so my parents made me undergo eight weeks of therapy at Rogers Behavioral Health. On the weekend of October 19/20 of last year, my parents took me on some day trips as my reward for completing eight weeks of therapy at Rogers Behavioral Health. I went to San Francisco on October 19 and Carmel, Monterey, and San Jose on October 20. We visited the Museum of Ice Cream and SFMOMA on Saturday and we walked around Carmel and visited Selfieville, Santana Row, and the Winchester Mystery House on Sunday. Hello, I've never really done anything like this but myself sister has used this website before and I thought I would use it for this inquiry I have. Basically I learned about the pain and suffering of animal at a young age 12 to be exact. I learned about it from the internet and became a vegetarian and soon as my mom let me which was when I was 13 or 14. Now that I'm older and have been making my own food and dont have to eat what my mom makes anymore. I realized that I was still watching videos on Veganism but still remained a vegetarian. Climate change-is there hope?

I saw a twitter thread stating we have 2 years to fix this or humanity will end in 2050. I looked it up and scientists are saying it too-I've heard either Earth will be uninhabitable or human civilization will collapse due to what I assume will be recource shortages and violent storms.
I'm 16 and it gives me mad anxiety that I won't grow up or get to do the things I want to because the Earth will collapse. I also know there are corporations who are mass destroying rainforests and the ocean who don't plan on stopping and who caused this mess in the first place, and my dumbass president (I'm American) won't even admit it exists. If 2020 elects a Democrat or even a Republican who acknowledges climate change it may be too late....

can someone explain to me how US Citizens have to have criminal background checks, homeland security checks, credit checks, fingerprinting etc just to obtain a job in the USA, yet
an illegal Mexican etc can come over here with litter and all and get a job in a snap, NO SS card, no birth certificate, no nothing...WTF is really going on....America need to wake up and stop being stupid.....

Wearing a pentagram in public?

I am 13 year old female and a Wiccan. I have a pentagram choker I recently bought and am considering to start wearing it. I'm going on vacation to the beach in a couple days, so I won't be wearing it that often because of the ocean and the such, however tomorrow I'm getting my nails painted. My mother has no problem with Wicca or me wearing it, however my family is mostly Christian. Most my town's areas are Jewish majority and Christians and Muslims tie in second however there is a fair amount of atheists. I'm not trying to generalize, but based off my experience atheists are chill and don't care at all, Muslims are definetly the most "anti-other faiths" however I've met completely chill ones and those who keep it to themselves, h...

Why are there so much more gay men than other lgbt in media

In books, movies, tv shows, etc when it's not straight cis people it's freaking gay men? And really just gay men...rarely bi men and almost never lgbt women. I'm a lesbian, so this is from my experiences. I mean it does help me to see same sex relationships but I always wish I saw more of my gender. Trans people are no where to be seen in media and if they are they die within 30 minutes usually. Hollywood has a problem with killing all the lgbt characters, but lets face it gay men are much more likely to survive. And they're almost always white. The only media I've seen break this are:
- fanfiction (but that's pretty white gay male dominated too)
- Pretty Little Liars (asian and black lesbian lead characters)

I get hating the terrorists but the terrorists are a very small minority. Islam is a huge religion. I am not a Muslim and I'm a lesbian too, but I don't blame all Muslims for Orlando, 9/11, Brussels, Paris, San Bernardino, etc. In fact I will never forget the time when I was younger (at the time I was 12), with my sister (who was 5) and my mother who was struggling to pay for stuff at the grocery store. While all the people in the line were looking around to see where they can buy their food quicker, a Hijabi Muslim woman not only gave us enough money afford it, but paid for the entire thing. And she went out of her way to do it too. So why do people hate all Muslims?

(A New York pride parade in particular) I do know that there is like no dress code😂 but I've seen some pretty young kids there. So is there a lot of kids at NY pride and how old is old enough? (Not like rule wise but appropriateness)

This what I need to do, not anything else over general, people pleasing, purpose defeating or otherwise irrelevant. And that definitely includes search engine voodoo etc.. Such suggestions are not helpful but frustrating.

Why are people so mad about interracial couples?

Where I live, it's a very diverse middle school. I'm in seventh grade, some kids started dating. There's a lot of kids from all races (white, black, hispanic, arab, asian,jewish, etc) so it's common. A jewish boy dating a white girl, a black girl dating a white guy, a white girl dating a black guy, asian dating a hispanic, hispanic girl dating a white guy, etc. No one cares! And a lot of people are mixed. Black with white, black with indian, asian with white. It's so stupid though people in other places are like "eeeewwww n-word lovers!1!1!1" why?

Regarding recent posts, I was wondering how the world's leading industrialised nations can be described as "pilfering rich Africa"? The joint IMF-World Bank Heavily Indebted Poor Countries (HIPC) Initiative lists 36 countries as of April 2015 who they are indeed helping in every way feasible to ease their debt-burden. 30 of them are African. Possibly someone can enlighten my 'ignorance'?

Here's some background info. Growing up, I've witnessed all kinds of displays of ignorance, confusion, and a lack of understanding about who we are as people and the different perspectives and ideas we have on things like life, love,
religion, etc. So I thought, why not find a way to get to know each other, one on one? I want to start a group where people can meet up one on one, and share with one another their stories, ideas, or whatever important thing they've wanted to tell somebody but maybe never got the chance to. People would meet up, and talk about these things to help them grow and understand each other without the fear of rejection for what they have to say. Ideas for a club/ organization/ group

I've always thought about how people don't really get each other, or understand each other. As I've grown up, I realized how little I get other people and their ideas and perspectives on life and deep, personal issues that make them feel isolated. I thought a good way to learn more about people and their opinions about many different topics concerning religion, love, life, etc. is to express it by getting with people one on one to discuss it a really get an experience from it. People can meet up, even if they don't have issues or problems, and just talk to each other in a comfortable, open environment. No arguing is allowed, just talking and understanding one another bit by bit. But here's the question, would this be a good idea for a club?...

How do I help others?

So ive always felt that the reasons we're here or the best way to spend your time and feel good is to help others. And ive bee trying and trying to do this, but idk what to do. I joined this website in the beginning of the year cause i was always really upset and i thought a good way to feel better was to help people and i love giving advice so i tried this and it was okay. And then i helped my friend with something, but i cant really help her anymore and i just i dont know. I dont have a lot of money so i cant really donate and one day if i have money i will but i dont want to just throw money at people. I like interacting and talking to people but i feel like i havent been through enough to really connect with people about a lot of things...
