alright, I've got Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0


can i make black and white pictures and then put color only on my lollipop or eyes?
Please helpppp!

Take the photograph, and make a duplicate layer of the background. Then make a new layer, and change it to "Overlay", or "Multiply", or one of the other layer types...experiment with them. Then color in the area you want colored.

It's hard for me to explain it without visual aid, especially since I don't have that version of Photoshop. You might be able to find a tutorial on deviantart.com. Mostly, just play around with everything on photoshop. That's how I learned. Sorry I can't help much more than that.
